Being able to see Cooper on the camera while we were away was great. He appeared to be getting along with the other campers and the worker.
He returned home a happy camper.
Camp Bow Wow is reliable so I have no worries about a friend who offers to watch my pup has something come up and cancels on me. My beagle, Molly is safe and gets plenty of socialization combined with rest times while in camp. She always comes home fit!
Absolute professionalism of the Staff; attention to details of pet’s profile (food/ medication and Points of Contact) in customer communication at drop-off. Assures customer confidence in pet’s care and wellbeing!
I appreciate the easy online reservation process. Followed up reminders.
The staff always check to ensure vaccines are up to date, contact info etc.
Our pups like to go and always come home tired.
I would absolutely love a pic of snuggle time. We have used Centennial location before and they’d text us pics and it was so darn cute! Sometimes reading a book or just snuggling with a blanket.
This location sent me a pic of my dog. I also explained to them my pup kept getting kennel cough (despite being vaccinated) at the CO Springs location, and that I have a 17-year-old York with congestive heart failure at home, so getting sick is a serious issue. They were empathetic, told me that they hadn't had any issues, and knew all their dogs, and would keep an eye out. Unlike the Springs location, which shrugged their shoulders and claimed ignorance.
The staff is very friendly.
Cooper seems really excited to go to Camp Bow Wow, and I feel that he gets treated well and is taken very good care of.
I feel safe and secure leaving him there
Everyone seems so friendly and caring for our dog Rosie. Since she is an older dog and doesn't need a lot of exercise, she is happy to just lay and watch since she still enjoys being around people and dogs.
