I keep coming back because of the Friendly people, ease of use, ability to make boarding reservations online, Cameras to see my girl, willingness to feed as directed. Another BIG reason is the ability to use other Camp Bow Wow‘s across the country. I travel a lot and I like to take my dog with me. The other Camp Bow Wows can instantly see my dog’s profile, which makes it so much easier when traveling. I can drop her off go to work and pick her up and she’s had a full day without being stuck in a hotel room

The moment my dog and I walk through the doors, the greet her by name every time! It’s amazing. She comes home absolutely worn out from playing, and we trust they are taking the best care of her. I would definitely recommend the team at CBW Nashville.

First visit was for grooming with Trey- which was great. I was impressed with the facility and the staff. While I was waiting for the grooming to finish, I was able to observe for a bit. I was especially impressed with Henry at the Reception desk and how he related to customers, their dogs, and other staff. I decided to schedule a visit for my dogs and again was impressed by the communication and process. Again, I was greeted by Henry and also had the opportunity to visit with Alex who was also very pleasant. I look forward to Walter and Howard going to Camp😊

Staff was friendly. My dog had a wonderful day at camp, and I like the user-friendly app that allows me to stream video of my pup easily. I do wish the space was a little more exciting than just an empty concrete warehouse. But the dogs likely care more about playing with each other than the decor.

The staff is very friendly and really seem to love their jobs. I love that we can check the videos during the day to check on our baby. Sunni loves her days at Camp Bow Wow and is really excited to go-usually dragging me up the steps to get in the door! The grooming services are very handy for after a hard day of play. We have used the boarding services several times and love the convenience of the drop off and pick up. The fact that Sunni is so excited to get there makes us feel so much more comfortable when we have to leave her overnight.

The people at the front desk and on the phone are always so nice and genuinely seem to care about our dogs…and all dogs! I love the Camper Cams so I can keep an eye on my two rascals while they’re playing. We’ve boarded them a few times and I feel like I never have to worry about them. One time I boarded, my dog wasn’t eating and they called to let me know and discuss plan B. Really appreciated the swift and honest communication. And the extras offered—bathes, nail grinding, personal playtime and snacks—are great (and competitively priced).
