Every staff member I spoke with was very helpful, professional, and had something special to say about my dog. I did call at first because I was having trouble logging into the app. The woman who helped me stayed on the line with me and was very apologetic about the inconvenience. The app wasn't updated, so it wasn't her fault. It was more user error.

The staff does a good job looking into the pets coming in for the day and making the owner and pet feel special and welcome. Our dogs have always enjoyed coming to Camp Bow Wow and are always nice and tired when they come home - a sign they had a fun time at camp.
