I love how good Jordan is to my girl!! When I drop her off for grooming appts, she just runs in wagging her tail. She is very comfortable at Bow Wow, so that make me feel good. Also, Jordan does a great job grooming her!!

Jake will soon be 2 years old and has been attending camp since he was 16 wks old. He LOVES IT! He knows the place and staff. When we pull into the parking lot he's excited and ready to go inside. If Jake likes it that's all that matters.

The staff is always friendly, helpful and willing to answer questions. Most importantly, my dogs love going there. We had a recent incident that involved one of my dogs, but the staff was attentive, notified me immediately, and put my mind at ease by coming to a solution that made me feel they were in complete control. All around great customer service.
