Friendly and caring staff. Care about feelings of furry friends. Stay in contact with owners if needed. My dog goes in with tail wagging and comes out clean, happy and wagging his tail. Good sign that he is comfortable there.

We love the team at our Camp Bow Wow! They greet our pups by name when we show up. They take great care of our dogs, and they call to verify our pick-up times and make sure those coordinate with our dogs’ go-home bath schedules. This past week, we got stranded in Atlanta due to the winter weather, and I had to extend our dogs’ boarding by an extra day. The Camp Bow Wow Ridgeland team — especially Samantha — made that so easy on us. We’re so thankful for the awesome team of people ar our Camp Bow Wow!

Everyone is so nice and you can tell they love animals. Our babies are treated well and enjoy coming. I like that I can watch them online when I want. I like that the fur babies are screened. I feel my babies are safe when they are at Camp Bow Wow. I have recommended Camp Bow Wow to many people with fur babies.
