It's an enormous facility that caters to so many dogs at once. Your competitors say it's too many dogs in one place. My puppy seemed to really enjoy himself, but two separate businesses have said the same thing to me.
Staff was very friendly, helpful, and patient. They answered all our questions and addressed our concerns satisfactorily. The facility appeared clean (although we did not actually tour the boarding and play areas). Lobby was clean and well organized.
This is my first experience with Camp Bow Wow, and it's amazing. The staff were really friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I adopted my dog and she is really attached to me and can get anxious when we are separated. I was super nervous about leaving her, but they reassured me it would be okay and answered all the questions I had. I love being able to watch my dog on the cameras, and it was much easier for me to feel comfortable leaving her there. When I picked her up the staff made sure to tell me all about my dog's day, and spent time chatting with me and my dog's day. I will be highly recommended Camp Bow Wow to all my friends and family!!! :)
The staff is very caring and attentive to detail. The facilities are kept in immaculate condition. Whenever I bring Kelsey home from overnight camp, she is playful and happy as ever. Camp Bow Wow provides a wonderful opportunity for akelsey to work on her socialization skills.
Your people are excellent and really care about the dogs. I had Sophie to 2 trainers and they said she was not sociable with other dogs. I was so worried. She was only a puppy. Someone recommended that I take her to Bow Wow. The girl there said she didn't know how to play with other dogs. She took the time to introduce her to one dog at a time. within 2 visits, they said she was playing normally with other dogs. Now she is friendly with other dogs and people. So grateful to Bow Wow. Would recommend them to anyone.
