Camp Bow Wow in Rochester is fantastic! My dog just loves going there and playing with the other dogs. The staff is always friendly and courteous and they take such good care of my Ari. Ari loves the extra offerings they offer during the day.

Weve only been once. 1. Pails are not water bowls. Cmon- doll it up. 2. There should be organized play periods for all dogs to hive them focus and motivation 3. No grass-

Thanks for the feedback Nancy, we appreciate your input & will take it into consideration. Wanted to share a little insight into our operations: In our "big dog" group, the water bowls tend to become dumped by pups who want to make 'indoor swimming pools'. We do however, use water bowls in our "small dog" group & in every Cabin. We encourage you to check out our event calendar - these are organized play periods in smaller, more intimate groups. Essie may dig that! Our artificial turf does allow us to clean & sanitize the potty area. Unfortunately, we are in an area where natural grass would become muddy & unsanitary with such frequent use. We pride ourselves on being transparent, if any questions or concerns arise please let us know - we would be happy to discuss further. Very friendly staff. My dogs come home happy and tired. The dogs had a 2 week overnight stay in November and the communication with us was great. We had a text with photos attached every day. It was great to be in touch with the staff and to know our dogs were doing OK. Thank you for taking care of our pups.

I worry about how much urine is visible on the floors and how wet w urine the dogs have come Home with the past 5 or so times. I know some of it is inevitable, but with the pricing to board our dogs, I wonder if in home dog sitting care makes more sense

Thank you for this feedback Marychris. We do apologize, our floors tend to get wet with snow, mop water, urine & splashing from the drinking stations from time to time, in the nature of the business. I have placed 3 baths on your account to use for the boys during their upcoming visit, this way we can ensure they come home fresh & clean after their playcation! Group playtime can definitely make for a stinky pup. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns we can assist with, we hope we can improve the boys visit for you. They are clean and the dogs get attention. One complaint this time, I texted to have Charley ready after his bath by 1:00 which was confirmed, but he was soaked wet. This never happened before. So I still feel it’s the place to leave Charley when I need to board him.
