We would like to start our response by apologizing for the inconveniences you have experienced at Camp. We truly appreciate your feedback and business, so we hope that the email we sent you helped alleviate some of the less-than-good experiences you had. As we mentioned in the email, we were working hard to get the Camera situation fixed with Spectrum. We received new equipment and they should be up and running as usual. We're also working with new people at the front desk, so we apologize that our Staff Member wasn't aware that Guadalupe was a girl. We're striving to get everyone familiarized with all of our Campers and customers, We will take all of your feedback and incorporate it to make adjustments for the better. We hope our email eases the discomfort you experienced at Camp. Thank you for your time, feedback, and business. We will work harder on getting it right for you.
