Our standard poodle, Kayli, is obviously far happier at Camp Bow Wow than she's ever been at any other alternative (kennel). She wags her tail as she's going in. The pictures they send of her make it clear that she's happily interacting with other dogs there. The program is very well thought out, and the interaction with other dogs is unique. It's not just 15 minutes of play time, it's hours and hours of time together. What a great service!

Can’t succinctly explain all the ways that CBW customer service completely botched this. Was not offered a tour, was not given a report card, and was not called to discuss my dog’s behavior before they crated her for three hours. And my dog is crate-trained - I was completely open to her resting for that length of time. But I was given paperwork telling me she wouldn’t be crated for more than *half an hour* without receiving a call. Never got a call, just a text saying she was “warming up.” When asked, team lead told me she was crated because she was reactive, then the manager told me that was incorrect and she was only crated one, THEN when confronted with the reality that we WATCHED THE CAMERAS AND SAW OUR DOG WAS NOT IN THE YARDS FOR THREE HOURS, the manager “checked with the staff” to find out she was actually crated due to staff error - apparently, no one checked the Slack channel to see that our dog was put in at 1:30 and not taken out until 4:30. This information was all unearthed after several phone calls, all initiated by us. Not a single staff member introduced themselves to us. Terrible communication, multiple lies and inconsistencies, weren’t provided services we were told to expect. Overall, horrible experience - AND it was a single day of camp. Genuinely awful.

From the moment I walked through the door the reception of welcoming JoJo and myself is very warm and organized. Jojo really enjoys her time since I’m able to receive pictures on a daily basis, which is a huge help. Love that she gets to interact with other dogs. Thank you for everything you do at Camp Bow

Then for every visit since, the communication has been friendly, frequent, and positive. I couldn't be happier with the experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that my pup felt comfortable and loved from the moment we walked in. The facilities are clean and spacious, providing plenty of room for the dogs to play and socialize. My dog came home happy, tired, and clearly well-cared for. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow to any pet parent looking for a safe and fun environment for their furry friend.
