We can view the dogs. The counselors are friendly and courteous to us and kind to the dogs. The dogs are not upset when we pick them up.

The folks at the airport location are just so so kind. Our girls are typically very skiddish and hate going into boarding places, but the front desk people are always so sweet and talk to them like they are their own pets (which warms mom and dad's hearts). I can truly tell a difference in our shy girls' energy.

Staff are attentive and conscientious. Facility is very clean. We’ve attended other facilities that are overcrowded, understaffed and have underwhelming group play areas. We like that there is individual rest time scheduled in the day for the dogs. We enjoy the doggie cams that permit us to observe our dog throughout the day.

The staff is always so friendly, efficient & kind to us, and most especially, to our precious dogs! They treat our dogs with love & compassion, and always act as though they enjoy having our little hooligans around! That is HUGE!!! These precious babies are so special to us. We wouldn’t leave them in a facility that wasn’t clean or where they weren’t treated well. Woof, woof…we ❤️ Camp Bow Wow!

I have been bringing my pup to the San Antonio airport location for over 3 years. In addition to daycare, he has also done overnights, enjoyed snuggle times and many of the other various activities that they always have going on. The staff is absolutely wonderful and I trust them completely with my baby.
