They are a friendly and caring staff, and well informed on dog behaviors.
The fact that they pre interview dogs means I felt much less anxiety over my dog's safety than I otherwise might have.
Overall an excellent experience for my family including my dog who was tuckered out and ready to nap after spending a couple of hours hanging out and playing with other dogs.
We are likely to use the service again to give our dog some socialization time.

Bluebell and I just LOVE the care and attention that she gets while she is being boarded there. She can't wait to get there to see and play with her old friends. Always have them give her a bath and get those nails done. Bluebell has sooo much fun there, because when she gets home, it takes a day for her to recuperate. She sleeps the first day, then its back to her active self.

My dog was sick when I picked her up after boarding and no one let me know. I called to ask about her and they said everything was fine. Her vomit was only water. She had no food or bile left in her system and was down 3 pounds in a week. The lack of communication not her getting sick is what makes me irritated.

The staff is always so friendly. They recognize Cosmo immediately and match his personality. The biggest glowing report is that my dog "tells me" when he wants to go back. ...And he ALWAYS wants to go back. Dog owners KNOW when their loved one doesn't want to go somewhere and Cosmo LOVES his friends at Camp Bow Wow

This place is a joke, but not a funny one.
No one communicated that the interview included leaving my dog for at least 3 hours. Not on the phone with Jamie when scheduling, not while signing in with Ashley, and not even when they were taking my dog to the back. It wasn’t until the tweaker looking trainer came up to tell me that my dog passed that they were going to be holding her. I also witnessed said tweaker male introduce dogs to my dog too quickly. Despite her clearly showing signs of anxiety, which he addressed, I watched him walk around like a menace with a spray bottle further adding to my dog’s discomfort.
Honestly, if it weren’t for Amber, who by the way is Ah-mazing, I would be warning any and everyone to stay far far far away from this place. When picking up my dog, her feet were disgusting and wet. Again, Amber was by far the best and was the only positive interaction I had from all of this.
This place is deplorable and I will NEVER use Camp Bow Bow and will urge any and everyone to run away and find a better place.
Also, no one introduces themselves by their name, shame on whoever poorly trained them.

My little Frenchie loves going to Camp Bow Wow. She doesn't have any dogs to play with or socialize with here in my neighborhood and so I take her there for daytime play and when I go on vacation and have to board her I feel confident that she is getting great treatment while I am away. They give her her medications as instructed. I like the fact that all dogs go through an interviewing session before being accepted as well as they are required to have their shots.
While I am away I can view her on their cam videos that are on the app. I am very pleased with Camp Bow Wow.
