Lucy always like going to camp, however this is the second time she has come home with a tick that wasn’t found during her bath. It was already full so it would have easily been found upon touching. Her eyes were also dirty like she wasn’t bathed. This is the second time for that as well, we feel lien sometimes she isn’t really bathed and just sprayed with perfumes as she doesn’t seem clean. Disappointed.

Had a family situation had to cancel visit and bow wow just charged me a very nominal fee and let me retrieve my dog and I was very pleased I did not need to pay the 8 day kennel fee Jack Boyers will come back at a later date

I absolutely love the staff and they take very good care of Maverick when he is there. He is always so excited to go even if it is grooming day! When I am traveling I know that he is well taken care of and safe!!!

Your posted rate on the desk is $45 for a wash of my dog. I booked it with you all at Bow Wow was put on the groomers list not knowing that it was gonna cost me $75 to get a wash job on Elvis you need to post both rates if that’s what you’re gonna do if not, it’s known as bait and switch. I love you guys, but I was definitely not happy being double charged for a wash thank you very much for your attention to this matter you need to post both rates and make it clear that if you go to the groomer it’s gonna cost you twice as much.
