The staff are terrific. My dog still has pup energy, and doesn't know how big he is, yet the staff are always patient and caring with him. They greet us with smiles when I drop him off and when I pick him up. The cameras also give me a great opportunity to check up on him and watch him having fun throughout the course of the day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate dog care service!

Several times when I've picked up my does they are covered in feces. One time in particular was very bad. It'd be good if you could check and pipe them down during the checkout process.

Went out of the country for 8 days, when we got service we opened up the cams to seeing our dog regularly being humped and the guy in the pen would continue to walk by. Our dog had a full, sealed bag of food along with an additional bag just in case. When we picked him up there seemed to be a few cups missing out of the sealed bag and that's it. Dog came home looking like he hasn't eaten in the past few days. Paid for a bath because the add on said "get a clean, nice smelling dog back" but he was put back in the pen after the bath, which defeats the purpose of paying for that. What we got was a dog with matted, slobbery fur. We have been extremely happy with this location for a few years and have brought others to board here, but we've all noticed the steep decline here. Especially after spending over $600 to have our dog humped, unfed and covered in slobber, this will most likely be the last time we go here and will no longer recommend camp bow wow.

The Camp BowWow staff clearly enjoys the dogs and their roles in taking care of the dogs, which is most important to me. My dog is always eager to go into Camp, and if he didn’t like it, trust me, he’d let me know. Thank you to the Camp crew for taking such great care of my beloved Buddy!

Less dogs in each area . Dogs just follow each other. Saw no play amongst eachother. They My dog came home and two days later started coughing. He’s totally innoculated. Called vet. Said kennel cough going around.
