Upon arriving at Camp Bow Wow, we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff. After the normal vetting process that includes shot records and group orientation, I was able to watch our pups interaction with the pack through their live streams online, which helps with any anxiety that people might feel boarding their dogs for the first time. Now even though this isn't the first time for our pup staying at a boarding facility, pack dynamics can change in an instant with the introduction of a new canine. CBW's staff go to great lengths to ensure that new guests are thoroughly vetted before introducing them into the common area. I also observed that the staff pays close attention to any aggressive behavior exhibited by another dog, and intervenes gently to prevent escalation. The staff was also prompt at getting urine and or feces cleaned up to prevent it from being tracked by other dogs. It also looks as though all their guests get plenty of "yard" time and exercise, and at getting the extra attention sometimes needed by certain breeds. I would recommend Camp Bow Wow as a safe and healthy place to board your fur babies.
