Every employee is so friendly and welcoming and they seem to really care about my dog. She is very shy and not willing yet to participate in the activities, but they are very understanding and they try to get her to socialize even a little, just to help her make some progress. The facility is very clean and is kept that way the entire time we are there.
The individual attention the pets get. Only this last time Suzie came home and was very sick for two days. Not sure if any of the other pets had an issue, if it was something she ate or too much excitement. But she threw up and wouldn't eat for two days. She is good now!
The staff listened to everything I said about my dog and assured me that they will do everything they can to keep her happy. They seemed well educated on dog behavior reassuring me about my dogs' "quirks".
Lil' Campers was clean and quieter than a setting with larger dogs. Her visit there was the best visit I have seen her have at a doggie day care in over 6 years.
