They always, call and let you know what is going on with your Pet. They are very friendly and very kind to your pet. My Dog was very matted and they called me to tell me what they could do and if she could save the dog beard, I thought he would look terrible but instead I liked it and I think I will be letting them shave his beard from now on, he look so handsome. I love that our dog, Lola, was not kenneled the entire time that we boarded her. She had a lot of play time in the inside and outside play yard. We could see her in the play yards every day that she was there. They were very attentive to you Lola’s needs as a senior dog and our concerns in leaving her boarded for 4 days. We also use the grooming services and are always happy with how she looks when we pick her up.

I'm very grateful to have a place like Camp Bow Wow to leave my furbaby. I have borded her several times for brief periods, however, recently I had to leave her for an extended time due to a hospital and rehab stay following surgery. They sent me pictures, kept me updated and were always available to speak to a concerned mom. When I picked her she was, "no worse for the wear." I can testify that the management and staff are competent and capable, check them out!

My dog feels comfortable there, I can see him on the camper cam if I want to check in. Everyone at this location has been very helpful with questions. They can even trim his toenails. A task that has become more and more difficult as he gets older. I am sure there are other good things I can say but cant think of it right now. I would recommend them to a friend.
