Colt loves coming to camp bow wow. The employees always greet him by name and are very helpful. I feel comfortable bringing my dog for daycare and boarding.
We all love Camp Bow Wow! Our pup comes home happily exhausted every time. I use the camper cam to check on him during the day; the staff are visible and are always engaged with the dogs. The extra activities provided are great and we enjoy the pictures that are posted on Facebook too.
Charging a $15 late checkout fee is petty. People use camp bowow because they can check in early and check out late. Take off the $15 fee. Also, this facility does not seem clean.
We love Camp Bow Wow - or I should say Ellie Mae loves going there!!
The staff at a great, they really care about the pups. And the extra activities they offer the pups is wonderful.
Everyone is friendly and always seems genuinely happy to see my dog. My dog is happy going there and doesn't smell unclean or dirty when I pick her up. I appreciate the flexibility that I was allowed with boarding.
When we picked Vito up in November, we asked to put him on the waitlist for December 28th. I checked online on December 26th and there was no waitlist reservation, so I made one again. On the afternoon of the 28th I called to check and was told his reservation had been cancelled but there was space available. As I was driving to drop Vito off, the employee added my reservation. When I arrived with Vito, I was told we didn't have a reservation but there was space. We have never had this issue before. I'm not sure what happened but this isn't the excellent service we usually get.
The staff are friendly and courteous and knowledgeable, and the facility seems clean and efficient. The hours and services offered are also very convenient. However, when I bring my dog there he doesn't get to play outside with all the other dogs--he gets put in the Teacup "yard" which isn't really a yard but looks more like a boxy closed in, practically empty room...and he just sits there in a corner all day, with only one or two other dogs in there, all day. And there also seems very little interaction with the staff. The Teacup yard seems kind of a forgotten place, maybe because there are typically so few dogs in there. He doesn't seem to like going to Bow Wow, and I think it's because of the lack of interaction. And yet somehow, when I pick him up from there he usually stinks really bad. So, Bow Wow is reserved as my "backup" dog sitter.
