From the moment I walked in the door with Mollie, I was greeted with friendliness and care regarding her first interview with the staff. Overall, a great camper experience!
My dog has gotten fleas twice from boarding her here. I love bringing her and it’s a great facility but there should be some extra precautions with dogs, such as proof of flea preventative, to avoid this moving forward.
We love the team at Camp Bow Wow and Brinkley gets excited running in. He would open the door if he could
They have taken care of our pups (from our 12 week old to our 11 year old senior) with love and affection.
I highly recommend them for both day care and boarding.
My pup has been going to Camp Bow Wow since he was about 5 or 6 months old. He just turned 4 on 4/23/24. He loves going, he has lots of friends and the staff are very friendly and Brody loves them.
I love that Camp Bow Wow ensures a person is in the area with the dogs at all times. I have a dog with isolation anxiety who needs a person present to keep his anxiety at bay, and that's why I use daycare. I have used another daycare in the area where they used to have a person with the dogs at all times, but at some point they made the business decision to eliminate that so that I would regularly find my and other dogs just closed in an area without supervision or companionship when I picked my dog up. That's no better than leaving my dog at home alone -- maybe worse. I'm not sure why anyone would pay to have their dog locked up at a strange place with other dogs and no human interaction/mental stimulation provided. I appreciate Camp Bow Wow's adherence to a policy of fully supervised care for all the dogs entrusted to them.
My dog is a rescue, and as such, he has issues. Tampa CBW has been very attentive to his needs and quirks. They are patient, and give him the time and space that he sometimes needs.
Thank you,
Sharon
I like that my dog gets to go to Camp Bow Wow to hang out with other dogs and socialize for a bit. It gets him out of the house and playing with other pups.
Been taking my Irish Terrier to camp since 2015! The camp counselors take great care of my boy. It's nice to have a trusted place for daycare as well as a place for him when I vacay and cannot take him along.
Your establishment didn’t do anything wrong. My pups were cared for. I took them in for daycare with limited knowledge of the establishment. Unfortunately the outdoor space is sad and drastically too small. The indoor space only offers a concrete floor and open space. There is nothing to intrigue the pups. Mine are use to an outdoor space with a walk in wading pool, tunnels, picnic tables, and other playground items. My oldest dog came home very stiff which I attribute to too much concrete. I did appreciate the cameras although visual is not always good.
They treat every dog as if they are the only dog there! My Luna gets the zoomies when we say CAMP so we now say BOW WOW when discussing her friends at CBW. Everyone is professional, loving, and kind.
Thank you from Rich, Laura and Luna!🐾
I absolutely love how well you treat Ziggy. He shows me everyday how much he loves this place! Wakes out of a dead sleep as soon as we pull in! Thank you all for what you do! 🥰
