I love the lobby! We used to take our 2 pups to the Airport Camp Bow Wow and always had a hard time wrangling them on the leash and filling out paperwork at the same time. It was so nice to have a place where I could drop the leash and know they would be safe while talking to the employees.
Something else that really made me say "WOW!" was something small that you may not realize really made a difference. When it was time for our pups to go back to the play area, your employee just opened the door and let them run back their on there own. It really made me feel like they were going to be take care of as if they were home with us. Also when we picked them up and they weren't put on a leash to be take to the front, they came barreling through the hallway (missing the doorway of course) to find us. It truly put a smile on our face to see them running "wild". Even though it was small, it made a world of difference to me.
We did have one small issue in the beginning. When my husband looked at the cameras to see how they were doing, he noticed that our two were put in separate play areas. Our youngest looked pretty distressed, howling and jumping on the fence to be with her brother (they have been inseparable since we brought her home at 8 weeks old). Luckily we saw it and called, and they were immediately put back together. I think really making sure that dogs from the same families stay together should be something to look out for, it may have gone unnoticed if we hadn't called.
Our pups always come home happy and exhausted. Thank you so much for taking such good care of them!
Dog came back sick. Lethargic. Listless. Sleeping all the time. Had to take her to the vet. She had a stomach infection. Blood in poop. Pooped 8 times per day on sat and sun. Had to go on antibiotics and probiotics. And other meds.
when I picked up my pet after 7days, she was supposed to have had a bath, She smelled terrible so I went to another and paid for a bath. the only bath she received was her back, her pqws and face were very dirty and was never washed. Also, I had to throw out her bed as it too smelled bad and was FULL of dog hair that was not hers(both sides of bed) Lastly, the lady at the desk was very abrupt when we picked her up. It looks like Bow Wow camp has gone to the dogs.!!!! I expect more for $41.00 per day
I love how the team knows my dog (Wila) and enthusiastically greets her in the morning when we walk in. Wila is at the door waiting to go every morning and pouts when I tell her we are not going today. To me, that is a good indication that she feels secure and has fun there.
