Friendly, Proffesional, clean facility that my dog loves. He always looks forward to his play dates at Camp Bow Wow and has lots of doggie friends that are evidently in heaven when they stay. My dog sprints in and needs to be dragged out - no more evidence required 😊 👍👍👍👍👍

First and foremost, our dog loves to go! He races to the door. I like that the staff is friendly and obviously loves dogs. Also, it's fun to watch him on the camper cam. All of the dogs have been checked for vaccinations and temperament, which puts us at ease. When he gets home, he's tired and satisfied.

Think doggie cam could be better, and perhaps the dogs could have a more appealing play area. One slide does not seem sufficient to accommodate many dogs.

When I brought my small dog home Sunday afternoon after being boarded since Friday June 9th - 11th; I was surprised he was not acting like his normal joyful self. I noticed his left side bulging out and his behavior was definitely changed. I called Camp Bow Wow on Monday and inquired if something had happened they had forgotten to tell me. The incident book was checked- nothing, she asked around and no one saw anything or knew of anything, of course. I ended up taking my pet to the vet 3 days in a row this week for examinations and two x-rays. He had something in his stomach which thankfully he passed and two broken ribs, which leads me to think possibly he was squished in a gate or door or many other possibilities. Obviously, It can't determine where, when or how this happened, but I find it very strange his symptoms were clear right when I brought him home and not present to me before his arrival. We have been emotionally upset this entire week with this situation as we don't board our pet often, but when we do he goes to Camp Bow Wow. In the future we will keep him with us. I thought it was important to bring this to your attention so you could be aware for future campers.

The place looked great in front, then I stole a peek where the dogs are and it was not what it seemed from the description. A little sneaky I thought because the dogs don't care and won't say a thing. When you pay $50 overnight you expect the things to be there that are said they are there but it wasn't all that. Front, cabinish, woodsy, cute, looked expensive. Where it matters, not so. In the back it is steel crates, STEEL CRATES!!! The description said, "Cozy Cabins, with cots." I didn't get to see the inside of the steel crates but cozy crates and cots do not seem like they were there. More like a dog pillow bed, if that. The whole room was row after row of crates and no cabins. Their euphemisms are plain lies to make you feel better about spending so much of your money. If you spent $40 at a different place that didn't promise what they do, you'd get the same for your dog, only less money. I thought everyone was extremely nice, staff was very personable but the owners should feel ashamed of the lies they tell.

Hi Jennifer & Joel, Thank you for taking the time to critique our business. Good or bad, feedback helps us continue to improve our customer care programs. I would like to apologize for the fact that you felt you had to "steal a look" at the back of our camp. Guests are (and you should have been) invited to tour the back of the building, so they can see the whole program. It's not fancy in the back, but it's organized and runs very well. We work hard everyday to provide a safe & comfortable environment for our furry friends. The website created by the fantastic staff at our corporate headquarters is meant to be creative and fun. . . Michael & I bought this franchise six years ago and along with our wonderful staff, are working hard to do our very best to our four and two legged guests. Please feel free to stop by if you'd like to see "behind the doors". Furry Regards, Michael, Lisa & the Camp Bow Wow Temecula Team

We didn't see any outside experience opportunities for the dogs. Otherwise it seems secure and well managed.

When I walked into the building I stepped on poop. Maybe you can add a doggy bag station outside with a sign that says please pick up your dog mess Thank you

Our Puppy Quico and us, we love Camp Bow Wow. It is a nice, clean, friendly place where we feel very safe leaving Quico for a few hours to play with furry friends or a few days camping and boarding. The staff is very cordial, loving and energetic.

I just moved to the area with my Bichon Annie. I visited many Kennels in the area and Camp Bow Wow was the best of all. The staff there is so friendly. Annie seemed very much at ease being there. It's clean and they have a very nice program for dogs to spend their day time playing and the overnight accommodations looked very comfortable. So glad to have found you Camp Bow Wow.

I would not specifically say that I am/ was disappointed, but I don't have preferences beyond what is offered by Camp Bow Wow. I do prefer a boarding facility with someone on staff 24/7. I also wish that the facilities offered more luxurious options for overnight stays. Additionally, my dogs always come home from CBW smelling pretty awful, and I am not sure exactly why. I know they are around a lot of other dogs, but they smell as though they have been rolling around in urine.
