Love bringing Cooper to this facility when we are in the Woodlands. Excellent staff, and treat the doggies extremely well. Cooper is always happy to jump out of the vehicle and head in to 'play with the pups' Highly recommend this doggy day care!!!!

I love that you keep my pup interacting with pups and people, and keep her safe and feeling loved while I am away, instead of locking her in a kennel and taking her out to potty a few times a day and ignoring her the rest of the time she's in your care.

The care is great but they can’t keep up with vaccination records. We have to provide it EVERY TIME we board our dogs. They are not attaching the paper records we provide to our dogs’ account. They did not have records of the Bordetella vaccines they gave the dogs THEMSELVES. We had to give them a copy of the receipts they gave to us after the vaccines were given. We’re considering looking for another boarder so as not have to struggle with this issue any longer.

Thank you for your review Doris, anytime the pups are in the play yard they have access to the outdoors. They are free to roam indoors or outdoors as much as they please. The only time they are restricted is if are experiencing incriminate weather.
