I am a fairly recent customer to Camp Bow Wow in Tonawanda, but I have been thoroughly impressed so far. All of the camp "counselors" are very professional and upbeat. They truly care for the dogs under their care. I am impressed with the selection process they use to admit new dogs, and I am very impressed with the outdoor areas and jungle gyms and stuff they have for the dogs to climb on. I am also very impressed by the number of counselors monitoring the dogs at any given time. The ability to watch your dogs via their cameras through an app is also very impressive, and gives you a feeling that your dog is safe with them.
Regardless of the length of time between visits, you always remember Kody's name. That, and the greeting he always receives makes me confident that he will get good care while he's visiting Camp Bow Wow.
Our pups Brew and Reggie love going to camp! They are so excited to go in and then exhausted from playing all day with their fellow pups! The staff at Camp Bow Wow know there stuff and take care of our dogs very well. I know they are in good hands when I leave them for the day.
Camp Bow Wow Tonawanda’s staff is so caring. They take extra special care of our girls, one being a senior. We know that our girls are in good hands when they are at Camp and are so grateful for the staff. Ruby, our 15 year old, loves going to Camp but needs a lot of breaks and the staff is sure to give her just what she needs.
Super friendly staff and the fact that my dog is absolutely obsessed with coming to Camp Bow Wow. Everytime I near the building my dog starts jumping for joy in the backseat of my car because he can't wait to spend the day at camp. I love the fact that I can watch him for my desk at work when I start to miss him or see how he's doing.
The staff is compassionate and really loves dogs! Our shelter dog has severe separation anxiety and we were kicked out of another day care business. We shared our concerns with the camp counselor the first day and she put our minds at ease. The staff works with her and she is doing very well at camp. She has even made a friend! She has a long way to go before the anxiety is gone, but we are confident that Camp Bow Wow will be a big part of helping her through it. We are very grateful.
