The camp counselors have always been wonderful to my fur baby and she enjoys being there. What I'm not so keen about are the continued raising of prices and new pick up after 11am = another night's fee policy. Frankly, it is now cheaper for me to hire a house sitter to care for my dog when I'm out but she isn't always available. Please consider bringing down your prices a bit.

What’s not to love honestly! The staff is wonderful and Katie loves all of them. She boards there often and gets super excited as we pull up. She loves 1/2 day play sessions on occasion. I think my favorite part is what I call the “spy” cams

Camp is getting cost prohibitive. Especially with the new boarding fee of $20 if pups are not picked up by 11am. Who comes home from vacation that early in the day?

3 times when I checked in on the cameras Penny was not visible. When I called I was told there was issues with understaffing and she would be out shortly. 4 days after arrival home, Penny started coughing. It did not go away, and ended up being kennel cough. I understand it’s hard to eliminate this, but undoubtedly some dogs were coughing while there and would have been nice to be notified.
