The staff is friendly and helpful; they are concerned with the well-being of our paw-babies. The entrance is clean and tidy at all times. Rocky gets excited when I drop him off, he can't wait to play with the other dogs and staff. I'm never worried about boarding Rocky, they take very good care of him while I'm away. The building is always clean AND…it smells good when I walk in! The ladies up front are always smiling and they love to spoil our little Cooper from the time he walks in! I enjoy watching my dog on the cameras when he’s there. Nothing warms my heart more than watching the cameras and seeing the workers petting him from time to time! I can see that my dog really likes CBW and so do we—don’t change a thing!
