The pre-closer, Kim Bartolo, did an amazing job ensuring that everything was done to link the seller's name on the deeds to her current name, ensuring that the name affidavit was in the file for signature, and all the paperwork for the seller's signature was correctly noted PRIOR to getting to the closing table. This was with short notice when the seller was unable to locate divorce papers less than 24 hours from closing.
