I just experienced my first closing with C&B on yesterday and it was nothing less than exceptional. Even though there was a little wait, we were greeted with smiles, parking tickets validated, a beautiful picturesque city view and patio for great pictures and not to mention the beautiful candy buffet display. The service was great, well explained and paperwork for buyers seemed less compared to other closing offices. Technology was awwsome...I loved the text alerts thru the closing process, keeping all parties informed. It was truly a pleasant experience and I will be returning. Thanks!
