It was very smooth although it started 20 min late and my Seller was impatient. Seller also thought the wired funds would hit his acct before end of day. When funds did not hit until 5:15, over 3 hours after they wet wired, my Seller was really upset. John explained to him that C&B does not control how long it takes the wire to hit, but he still was not happy. I have used C&B for 27 years, and always pleased with the closings!
