Robyn Sonis and all the staff at Campbell and Brannon Buckhead, are incredible. Just like my profession, it's all in the details, and that is also true for CB. I have been closing with them for over 20 years and they are professional, answer phone calls and emails promptly, even after hours. They are who I prefer to use for closing all my real estate transactions asI know they will be done correctly and on time! They go the extra mile!

The closing experience overall was very good. My buyer was delayed for his 11am closing and did not arrive until after 12:30pm. Despite the timing issue, C&B staff was able to handle the closing very efficiently. As an agent, I use C&B in East Cobb whenever I can, so using the Buckhead location was a new experience for me.
I would highly recommend that C&B provide better instructions on how to get to your building. The street address works to get you to the door on Peachtree Road, the East or North side of the building. But you can only access the side of the building (facing W Paces Ferry) with an ID badge. Visitors are required to enter the South side of the building which is not visable or accessable from Peachtree Road. Highly recommended that your office provide driving instructions to the Buckhead Plaze Parking Deck behind the building. And that valet parking is provided or not.
