We presided on Wednesday as closing per contract was Friday the 27th the buyer was scheduled to close Friday morning and have possession after close per contract. We resigned as she is a widow and had to be moving truck to storage and stuff to an air b n b on Thursday . So buyers walk thru was at 4-5 and she processed to have a sleep over with her family at the home. When the alarm gave notification to seller and she went over in am to find air mattresses and bodies she was hysterical overwhelmed and upset. The buying agent just said she had cleaners in and just slept there. We were not notified she closed early! We did not change closing date We were just told all were closed till 11 am on Friday And funds were disbursed after that time. Yes she had code to garage from buying agent as walk thru we did not want them to get soaked. Seller has filed a complaint to far and gA board - atl. As she does not understand how they do not have to follow contractual rules. Yes we know no one at C & B told them they could move in as buyer agent said. [NAME REMOVED]
