Everyone involved with the attorney's office went over and above the call of duty for this problematic closing. I would say the most difficult closing I have encountered in my 19 year career as a real estate agent / broker. One of my sellers wound up hospitalized when he was supposed to be on his way to the closing. It took 7 days to finally get him to the attorney's office to sign docs. I appreciated the continual efforts of the staff at the attorney's office to get this deal done.
