This store is without any doubt the Finest, friendliest, most helpful, knowledgeable , bike store in all of Denver. They will fix any bike problems, at very low-cost and fast. I have a Trek Elec. they fixed the tire without replacing it and fixed the battery lock. They know what they are doing and I would recommend Campus Cycles as top notch. thank you to the whole team at this store.....gregg

OMG -- service was amazing. I recently took my Trek bike into Campus to have a longer stem put on the bike handlebars. No problem -- They said they would order the part and bring the bike back one week later. left it overnight and was on my way. A short time later, I received a call from one of the techs, saying that the Trek bike had some type of priority stem and the part they ordered wouldn't work. He also explained he had called several Specialized dealerships, but it appeared that this part was out of stock everywhere in town, and on back order. We decided just to apply new tape to handlebars, and I could pick the bike up later. I returned home and got another call. This time they had good news! Greg said that because he had been searching the internet for the part, he got a call from a shop in Denver that had not 1, but at least 50 of the parts we needed. HE DROVE OVER TO PICK UP THE PART -- INSTALLED IT AND THEN GAVE ME A CALL. WHAT??? NO SHOP IN TOWN HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT COULD POSSIBLY EQUATE TO THIS. I have been a Wheatridge Cycles customer for years. But no longer. I will refer everyone I know to Campus, and will be their loyal customer forever!!!!! Joanie Snyder

My boyfriend and I came in a couple weeks ago to test ride some bikes. We had the best experience! Everyone was so nice and helpful (Jack was the person who helped us). We tried a couple different styles and found the versions we liked. I ordered my bike and they had everything ready for me when i went to go pick it up! I am so happy with my purchase and the bike rides great! Highly recommend this shop if you are looking to get into biking!

I bought my TREK at Campus cycles a few years ago, and continue to use their services. I am always greeted warmly, and never felt I was recommended a service I didn't need. Even on my last visit, Harmony assured me that I did not need a tune-up, and simply spent time and effort to determine the issue with my tires which just needed the sealant replaced and a ?valve cleared. She also assisted me in mounting my bike on my bike rack/securing...I have had bil. shoulder surgery in past. I always recommend Campus Cycles to family and friends.

Harmony was great! She took her time with my service consultation and made sure I was scheduled for exactly what I needed. I unfortunately wasn’t able to make the appointment but it had nothing to do with her. Apologies for not making the appointment but kudos to Harmony for giving me a great experience.
