The staff is always really friendly and helpful. A guy helped me pick out some extra thick bar tape last time I was in, and a new bigger rear cassette and chain the time before that. I also talked to a dude at your ride your bike to work day booth where you had the stuffed dog naming competition. He was also really cool. It's just a nice place all around.

I liked the intentional way that the Sales Rep went about helping me find a bike that I felt suited me. There was no pressure to pick the first bike he showed me and after several options I found one that seemed to meet my needs. There was a nice selection of bikes to try and plenty of accessories to choose from as well. I was very happy with my experience at campus cycles.

Went in for a free wheel to change my fixed speed to a single speed. I’m personally not super knowledgeable about bikes and how they work since I’m just getting into this, but Matthew was extremely friendly, thorough in his explanations of how everything worked and what his recommendations were, and very quick with the service itself. My boyfriend and I were probably in the store 10 to 15 minutes total, and an older gentleman (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) offered us bottled water to drink while we were waiting, which I thought was so thoughtful because it was so hot outside. All in all I would absolutely recommend this place to friends/family, and will definitely be coming back for any of my bike needs!

Ned was so helpful. He took the time needed to explain features and alternatives, e bike vs. analog bike, and then helped me find the absolute perfect bike for my needs. And the crew got it outfitted and inspected quickly and I was out the door with a bright red analog cruiser that I love. The whole experience was solid and a lot of fun.
