Courteous, qualified team from top to bottom ( bracket.) And from the pasture (as opposed to the future) Campus sponsored me with a complete tuneup for a solo, self contained ride from St Augustine FL to San Diego on my 60th birthday. It was 40 days and raised $ for Lung Cancer research. Still very grateful for their support. Thanks guys!

Great attention to all questions, not rushed, offered ideas to enhance purchase experience such as bike fit, accessories recommendations - I am pleased, but it should be noted that I found the rear wheel axle nut only finger tight when I got home with the bike … why did I find this ? Since first time e bike I wanted to remove wheel in case of future flat to be prepared of technique with hub motor

I came in for a bike fitting, and my bike was tailored to my body to reduce pain. I wasn't upsold on a while new bike, just needed one small accessory. Everything else ws includedi nteh service. Everyone was super nice, knowledgable, and tey got me back on the road in the time slot I was given.
