Josh and the service team were great. Positive vibe and they tuned up my bike as I waited. I also requested an adjustment on the height of my handle bars, and Josh took the time to explain the options and what to expect. I made a better adjustment decision as a result. Great experience.

Very helpful staff, small store, competitive prices. I live out of state now, but Campus was always a staple for my cycling needs here. The one store where I live is overpriced being the only store in the area. The prices here for similar items were less (even with tax) than what my one store offers. The associate who helped me actually came up to me and didn't direct me from the counter where to find things. He took my own cycling experience into account when recommending products that fit what I needed/was looking for. I will definitely buy here again my next time through, should I need any more cycling gear.

This is a great bike shop with a friendly, old-school vibe. I wish that I lived closer so I could utilize it more often. I got a bike fit from Ned and he was super helpful. I found their prices to be pretty reasonable as well.

Great staff, great service. I brought my bike in for service a couple of weeks ago and was told that it would be serviced on the 28th. I received a text on Friday, the 25th that it was ready. You seem to always get it done before the due date which I greatly appreciate. I rode yesterday and the new brakes work perfectly. Thanks very much.

Zack was the mechanic who worked on my bike. He did an excellent job with his work on my bike and was incredibly helpful in answering my questions. He answered all of my questions and is just a great guy. Overall, the staff is excellent. I've been going to Campus Cycles since 2007 for everything bike related. For the win 🏆
