I always get great customer service at the Candelas location. Fridays experience included being greeted when I entered. After a few moments an associate asked if I needed any help. When I approached the counter to pay, Eric remembered who I was and specifics about my pets. In a world where good customer service is becoming harder to find, and the brick-and-mortor stores are struggling against the sterile convenience of online ordering, the Candela's Chuck and Don's staff is a refreshing reminder of the in-store experience that used to be the standard in America.
