Wow… great changes- first time in a long time my car came out in Valet with no bird spots! Excellent new asphalt road repair and new system checking in and out- awesome Best of all- the retired driver from the Army and teaching school- amazing customer service! I wish I had his name - full ride - not a seat empty- he knows how to give great service and has fun with his work!! Thanks

What drew me to Canopy in the first place was the exact location of my car in a numbered spot. The other parking area I went to before did not have that and it led to wandering around the lot to find your car. While that I may have changed at the other lot, I continue to park at Canopy. The shuttles are there ready to pick you up to get to the airport, and at the airport I usually don’t have to wait but a few minutes for a shuttle to pick me up.
