The new shuttle vans are a great improvement. Covered parking still needs maintenance including restriping and repainting space numbers. Your late night driver (we seem to get the same one repeatedly) just doesn't match up to the level of performance that other drivers do. Appreciate the repaving that's been done, but it needs to continue.

The valet service was really convenient. Having my car in covered parking, made me feel more comfortable about returning home to an undamaged car. Everyone we interacted with at the company were friendly and helpful.

I recently used Canopy Parking for off-lot airport parking, and overall it was a pretty smooth experience. The lot was easy to find, with clear signs and a secure, fenced area, which made me feel comfortable leaving my car there. Check-in was quick — The shuttle itself was clean, air-conditioned, and the driver was courteous. It only took about 10 minutes to get to the terminal, and they dropped me right at the entrance. When I returned, I realized my car battery had died because I accidentally left the dome light on. I flagged down a shuttle driver, who quickly contacted the front office, and they promptly sent someone over to jump-start my car! I will definitely use them again

Waiting time for transport bus during incoming parking and return arrival at airport is usually minimal. Help with baggage on and off shuttle bus is prompt and courteous.. We prefer covered parking, which has always proved to be safe and secure.
