Variety of products and expertise of the staff. I had two bikes tuned up - different vintages - and they were both expertly looked after. A detailed account of what was done was provided along with some tips to maintain my bike. I will be sure to tell friends and family to use Caps south shore technicians as they know their stuff and are passionate about the sport of cycling.

The staff were super helpful in finding the right spin shoes for my class - they took the time to explain the options & even went so far as to assemble my shoes for me. I felt really well taken care of and never rushed. Would definitely recommend this shop to friends looking for quality gear and great service!

The staff are knowledgeable, polite and give good advice. Upon completion of repairs as I issued myself a purchase upon my 7 year old velocipede I self remarked it appears to be as new. Keep up the professionalism and work ethic, chaps.

The rear derailer hanger broke after 7 years of hard riding. The derailer went into the spokes and was totally destroyed. I spent a few hours on the google machine looking for parts and finally got in my car and went to Cap’s. I was out of there in five minutes with the exact parts I needed.
