The staff was very helpful. We knew the part was back ordered and because I was going to be out of town for a month, they were very understanding. They were very upfront about the cost and any extras that might come about for the repair. All in all the service was superb and the cost was within the values they mentioned to me. In closing I have dealt with this shop for awhile and have always found them to be very upfront on issues with my bike.
Very friendly service, the staff is excellent and quite detailed oriented. They know the technical details quite comprehensively and reply to the questions with patience.

The person who served me, Issac, had a very good knowledge about electric mountain bikes and he shared his knowledge in a very helpful way. He was never pushy, just helpful… and I have to say, he was also patient as I took a long time to make up my mind! He was polite, he smiled and he seemed to genuinely love bikes and everything connected with bikes.
