This is an excellent bike shop. I purchased a new bike here but later noticed an issue with the brakes. When I brought it back for a warranty repair, I was told the parts would take about a month to arrive. Instead, I asked if I could exchange the bike for a new one of the same model. Isaac—hands down the nicest guy—offered me a newer model and even split the price difference with me. I was genuinely impressed by how professionally and quickly he handled the whole situation. They’ve definitely earned a loyal customer. Highly recommend!

This is the second time we have purchased bikes for our children from this location. The group was as good this time as we had previously encountered 5 years ago. Focused on what the kids needed, they fitted them and offered multiple biking options for them to test out. We settled on a great product and left really encouraged. It is increasingly difficult to get excellent customer service for the dollar that you are spending, and I am happy, really happy with Cap's commitment to the customer experience. Cheers
