I appreciated the friendly and professional manner in which my request for appointment was handled, the quick attention to greet me and get me set up as I came into the salon, the timeliness of Crystal to our appointment, her careful listening to what I wanted in a haircut and the final outcome. It was overall a very pleasant and satisfying experience -- this was my first cut since leaving my home town to travel in our RV and was a very welcoming and comforting environment. Great job Capelli Salon!

Heather has done my hair twice now and I couldn't be happier. She does a fantastic job, my hair always comes out perfect, and she's so considerate of what the client wants. She's brought out different color mixes for my hair to let me choose what it is that I want. She's fantastic at what she does and I truly couldn't ask for a better stylist for my first ever time in a hair salon.

I’ve had a very difficult time with previous stylists, but BJ (stylist) really listened to what I wanted and explained everything. She made sure I was okay with the price and amount of time it would take. She didn’t make me feel like I was “squeezed in” even though she had other customers and I was taking longer than originally planned. I will definitely continue going to Capelli Salon!
