CAPITAL TITLE IS THE BEST! CLOSING WAS SO SMOOTH SPECIALLY THAT IT HAD TO BE CLOSED WITH BUYER OUT OF COUNTRY AND SELLER IN HOUSE. BUYER HAPPY AND SELLER HAPPY. EVERYTHING WENT PERFECT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND CAPITAL TITLE.
