I appreciate how quickly I got my bike back - definitely an "underpromise and overdeliver" type of customer service. The associate told me Wednesday or sooner, and actually got it back to me at the end of that same day. I also like that I was texted a couple of updates - that's a nice option for a customer to have.

The service was excellent! I brought my bike in and the service team was ready, willing, and able. I'm from out of town (hour away) and expressed I wanted to wait and they were able to accommodate by moving things around. BTW, I did have an appointment.
Quality products, more importantly is the friendly, knowledgeable and customer focused staff. Only place that I would purchase a bike or bike accessories!!
