We brought my bike in for servicing late on a friday. We live about 70 miles away. My husband was going to be back in twon in 3 days and they worked my bike in to have it done for us when he came back.
There was an error setting up my wife's bike when we had it at the shop. We discovered it after we arrived back home from picking up the bike on Saturday morning. I emailed the shop and they called me back that afternoon and made arrangements to send a Tech to my home to fix the problem. We have purchased several bikes from Capps over the years and have always had great customer service from them.

The staff is always friendly and confident. Every purchase made by a customer is as a result of really good explanation has to be positive and negatives very specific by. And their service department rocks! I wouldn't buy them my bike stuff at any other store.
