Great customer service on a mobile repair at my home on an electric trike that I was having issues with. I appreciate all the guys at Capp's. The purchase process online was easy, the in-store help was great. I only had one snag. I missed a call from an employee at Capp's and they were letting me know my bike was ready. They also mentioned they were wanting to know if I wanted a kickstand installed. When I had a break from work, I returned the call to the store. I told the person who answered my name and that I was returning the call. I told the employee that I would be en route shortly and they accepted that and dismissed the call. They didn't attempt to put me in touch with whoever called me, and when I got to the store I saw a kickstand had been installed. I'm not sure why that would be the default way to go, especially when there is an extra cost for the kickstand. Not to mention, it's atypical to have a kickstand on a real mountain bike.
