Emily was professional, thorough, quick to respond and compassionate throughout our interactions. Her support was priceless from the first contact to the day of moving my mom into her new adult family home. Having Emily there to schedule tours, vet the homes and counsel me through all the details when the crisis hit gave me peace and the guidance I needed, and relieved the additional stress. I'm beyond glad I had Care Patrol in place to help me through the process.

Rochelle and Ashley are amazing. Rochelle made finding a home for my Mother-in-law so easy. There is no way we could have done it without her and felt comfortable with the home we chose. The homes we toured were all very nice along with the staff. Rochelle is such a treasure to this industry. I highly recommend CarePatrol. We are so thankful for her help. The home we chose is taking such good care or our loved one and made the transition seamless. She is also very happy where she is. Choose CarePatrol.

They (Rochelle) took the burden off vetting the assisted living homes for their ability to accept clients who needed to "spend down to medicaid" within a specific time. She also provided references to only those places who could and would handle the advancing health problems of a chronic disease. The above were critical determinations, but Rochelle went above and beyond by visiting the client in her home and transporting her to the tours of the vetted facilities. She also cut down the work be ten by identifying an Elder Law attorney whom she trusted to help the client with a spend down plan that would be compliant with Medicaid.
