Ann would check up on us frequently to see if our circumstances changed. Unfortunately my husband had a health setback, but Ann found us a memory care facility, just in time.

Andrea, Andrea, Andrea!!!! Super intelligent, great communicator, really good at her job she needs a raise!!! She assisted us, in getting our sister, with dementia..... into a facility We had no idea what to do, and she walked us through...literally

During a time of stress and unknown, it was nice to have someone look for availability of places that we were able to afford and had availability. It was nice that interviews and tours were set up for us and someone from CarePatrol was along on our tours of the facilities to ask questions that we may have not thought of. It was a big relief and a nice stress reliever to have such a professional service working for the family! Thank you, Andrea! You were a godsend!

I needed to find a memory care facility for my father with less than a week's notice. He is very attached to his cat. I was told that very few memory care facilities would accept a cat, and I'd be very lucky to find one. The idea of my dad being without his favorite companion was difficult...he would be heartbroken. Ann from CarePatrol was awesome in this difficult time! Within days, she had found a place that would accept a resident with a cat, arranged for my dad to be assessed, and a tour of the facility for my wife and I. It all worked out well. And now, weeks later, my dad seems quite happy with the arrangement. I didn't know anything about how this process works, and what to do next. Ann from Care Patrol was extremely helpful in helping us navigate it. I'm very thankful that CarePatrol was an option, and would recommend them to anyone.

Care Patrol (Regina ) had quick response to our desperate need for placement and she kept us in the loop on status and options. She even met with us on a day that we were running into issues with a diff provider and helped navigate through our frustrations with the other provider.

CarePatrol helped us find the perfect assisted living community for our parent. They were very attentive to our needs and therefore recommended communities that would work for us. They are right by your side when visiting each community and encourage asking questions of things we would never have thought to ask. Their kind demeanor is exactly what we needed at a time when emotions are high and tough decisions needed to be made.
