CarePatrol is an amazing organization. When I initially contacted CarePatrol to assist me in my search for a possible retirement step care community for my Uncle I didn’t know what to expect. We spoke on several occasions with their goal to customize the care according to my Uncle’s current as well as possible future needs. My Uncle’s only real request was to be able to take his dog. Unfortunately, I recently had to move my Uncle into a retirement community due to his dementia. It is not something anyone wants to do but because of CarePatrol, my Uncle was able to move into the retirement community he chose as a result of CarePatrols amazing work when we finally toured all of the communities prior to his decline. Thank you CarePatrol for your compassion, where you truly customize care to each individual client, including my Uncle.

Visited a variety of memory care facilities to make best choice for family member. Did not feel rushed when visiting facilities, able to ask questions and was accompanied by care patrol. I’m very thankful that I did not have to manage everything by myself and had a caring knowledgable person to guide me, all this is very overwhelming. I feel that I was able to make the best choice for my family member with the support and guidance from care patrol (Tyler).

They were patient with me and checked in with me to see if I needed anything. When I was ready to look for an assisted living place Jason was extremely helpful and caring. He sent me places to look over and then scheduled tours and came with me. He was there if I had questions, concerns, or just needed someone to bounce my thoughts off of. He even went so far as to meet up with me and my dad when I took my dad too visit the facility I had chosen.

I received a call very quickly after contacting Care Patrol. Tyler was very impressive with his knowledge of the nursing homes in and around Appleton, WI. He set up tours and I found my new home that day. Tyler followed up with me two times after my move. I would recommend Care Patrol.
