Megan was very kind and knowledgeable. It cut my legwork down greatly since I didn’t know how to navigate my choices for placement for my husband well at all. I am grateful I was referred to Care Patrol!

Megan did an excellent job. It's hard to pin point any 1 thing- because everything from beginning -to the place we pick for my wife was top notch. and may sound strange- but one of the things I liked best-- Was-- When she didn't know the answer to something- she was willing to not only say she didn't know-and would try and get the right an answer... She did exactly that and in a timely fashion. and there was very little she didn't know. When a person like me is going thru one of the hardest things- they ever gone thru- ( 39 years) Rita and I have never been apart more the 2-3 weeks in total) last thing a person needs- Is a know it all -who doesn't know it all... or an arrogant person. Outside of "excellent in the job she was doing" she herself was awesome... made it much more easier too look at facilities when it wasn't easy at all.

Regina did an amazing job assisting my family find what we hope is the perfect 'New' home for my father. She listened to our thoughts and concerns and found three excellent candidates for us to visit and assess. Her communication throughout the process was prompt and timely and her follow-up after the move was greatly appreciated. I would recommend Care Patrol, and Regina explicitly, to anyone in a similar situation.

Working with CarePatrol was AWESOME!! We began looking for some in-home assistance for Mom. They recommended several places. Those places were very quick about responding to my inquires! Mom changed her mind. We went through this process twice. CarePatrol was understanding about the changes. Then I realized I could no longer take care of Mom the way she deserved. I called CarePatrol again and got Kristin! What a blessing!! Kristin came to my home to talk to us. She came back to talk to Mom. Kristin then suggested two assisted living facilities. We went to see Ballard Glenn; Mom moved in two weeks ago. Kristin has followed us throughout the entire process! The CarePatrol service did not cost us anything! They have the up-to-date working knowledge about the care facilities. Moving my mom from her home to a care facility is not easy. Ann was very personable and helpful. We were able to place Mom into a nice facility in a short time. The only issue we had was that the pricing was out of date so there was a sticker shock when we started filling out paperwork for the facility. (higher by ~ $1600 per month.)
