CarePatrol had resources they referred me to in order to move my 91-year-old mother into an assisted living on short notice. They helped me find an assisted living facility and a company that packed, moved and unpacked my mother, on very short notice. I would highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough about our advisor, Diana Ramirez, and CarePatrol. From the time we received Diana's first call, we felt we were in good hands to find a board and care for my mother in our preferred location and for an affordable price. Sadly, my mother passed away only 8 days after being admitted to the care home, but we felt she received excellent care during that time.

Mark and Diana choose the best places to have care for our family members. We have used them twice, once for my mom and then for my aunt. They are upfront on costs for the care and yet work within the budget we give them. Yes please call them!

Care Patrol was amazing! I would highly reccamend their services. They returned my call right away and provided 3 home care options for us to tour right away. My mom was moved from what we thought a rehab facility after having emergency surgery and needed extra assistance before coming home. After being there for 3 months she only declined. My mom in less than 2 weeks is already doing better at the residence we chose.

Mary Lou Marquez and Diana Ramirez were so helpful in this transition for my mom from Rehab Facility to Monument Park Manor. They let me know about Kymberly Lewis who helped with the application for aid & assistance from the VA. Since this was all new to me and very stressful, they helped me every step of the way. So grateful for them.

You came out to the facilities with me to listen my concerns and help evaluate the facility that would best fit my loved one needs. You actually follow up and visit the facility to check on my loved one that all parties are happy and well taken care of. You don’t refer or suggest a facility if there has been complaints filed against them. Thank you for helping me through a difficult time.

Dealing with Diana, Mark & Kym was a pleasure. Diana & Mark took me to several facilities to tour when I was looking for a place for my parents to help with their daily activities since I leave out of state. Kym also was there to provide guidance when I needed information on the veteran benefits that may be available when my dad needs help down the road and also was tere to help with notarizing his POA. Highly recommended.
