Diana did a fabulous job helping me place my father in a care facility. We only had two days to move him and she and Mark were extremely helpful and totally efficient. Diana took care of all of the arrangements, including transportation and getting my father into the hospice program. I would highly recommend this service. They were a lifesaver to me.

I needed to find a boarding home very fast for my mother. I needed to find a home that was affordable, close in proximity and a home that would accommodate all my mother’s needs all within one week’s time. CarePatrol immediately started working diligently to find a home for me. Within one day, they found 5 homes for me to tour that met all my criteria. I really liked how they had someone from CarePatrol escort and tour each home with me. After I chose a home, they also followed up and made a visit to see how my mother was doing in her new home. Diana Ramirez at Care Patrol was extremely helpful throughout the process of finding a great place for my brother to transition to from a long stay in the hospital. Not only did Diana find a great place, but she was of great assistance in getting information from the hospital that I needed and wasn't getting. No words can express my gratitude to Diana, Mark and their team for the professionalism, expertise, dedication and compassion they showed when my mother's health took a serve turn for the worst and I didn't know where to begin. After countless google searches I found CarePatrol; From the first conversation with Diana I was reassured that I had help navigating finding care for my mother. The very next day, not only did I already have a list of care facilities to choose from, but Diana and her team were already reaching out to the SNF where my mother was at to gather information. Diana was always quick to reply to any questions I had and Mark was the best tour guide with his wealth of information about different options I had in getting specialized care. CarePatrol had resources they referred me to in order to move my 91-year-old mother into an assisted living on short notice. They helped me find an assisted living facility and a company that packed, moved and unpacked my mother, on very short notice. I would highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough about our advisor, Diana Ramirez, and CarePatrol. From the time we received Diana's first call, we felt we were in good hands to find a board and care for my mother in our preferred location and for an affordable price. Sadly, my mother passed away only 8 days after being admitted to the care home, but we felt she received excellent care during that time.

Mark and Diana choose the best places to have care for our family members. We have used them twice, once for my mom and then for my aunt. They are upfront on costs for the care and yet work within the budget we give them. Yes please call them!

Care Patrol was amazing! I would highly reccamend their services. They returned my call right away and provided 3 home care options for us to tour right away. My mom was moved from what we thought a rehab facility after having emergency surgery and needed extra assistance before coming home. After being there for 3 months she only declined. My mom in less than 2 weeks is already doing better at the residence we chose.

Mary Lou Marquez and Diana Ramirez were so helpful in this transition for my mom from Rehab Facility to Monument Park Manor. They let me know about Kymberly Lewis who helped with the application for aid & assistance from the VA. Since this was all new to me and very stressful, they helped me every step of the way. So grateful for them.

You came out to the facilities with me to listen my concerns and help evaluate the facility that would best fit my loved one needs. You actually follow up and visit the facility to check on my loved one that all parties are happy and well taken care of. You don’t refer or suggest a facility if there has been complaints filed against them. Thank you for helping me through a difficult time.
