Very, very pleased! When I first contacted Katie Rivest about helping me find a care facility for my 90 yr old mother she was quick to respond back the same day! She visited my brother and I at my mother’s home in Jackson a day after I made the call to her and was a very good listener. She was back in contact with me a day later and set us up to visit a facility in Jackson. My brother and I were very pleased with her promptness and willingness to help us! We were so pleased with the facility that we went to them based on Katie’s recommendation and the interview with the facility itself! She even followed up with us twice after we placed our mother at the facility! Katie is the BEST!

The one on one care from day one. Very caring. All my questions and concerns were answered. Katie was with me every step of the way through this journey. Rick met with us at the facility and walked us through to make sure our needs were met.

I was in a situation where I needed long term care for my parents. I was given Katie at Care patrols phone number and told she could help me. She absolutely did! She listened to me, when I probably didn't make much sense, and helped guide my family to a very good place. I would definitely recommend their help if you don't know where to start.

Katie Rivest is amazing. Everything she did from asking the questions, listening deeply, doing the research, providing compassionate and honest feedback about what my father is going through, and following up frequently was exceptional. I’d highly recommend her to anyone in a similar situation and would recommend that she get a promotion or some financial remuneration which recognizes her high level customer service.

Katie Rivest was great to work with. She took all the honest information about our mother’s situation and found us a couple of places to check out. We toured a small assisted living home in Ann Arbor and it seemed a good fit. So Katie called another small home closer to us and within a few hours we had a tour there as well. Good communication and good follow up from Katie had us moving mom in just 3 days. Thank you Katie for a job well done.

Katie held my hand through a very difficult transition from rehab to long-term care especially when both facilities weren't returning my calls.
