Katrina IS AWESOME! With all the CAPS. She listened to my concerns, took time to explain what the terminology was and helped he find a place for my parents. Finding a place for your parents is not easy all the time and Katrina was there the entire time. We spent all day going to different places and she answered all my questions with each one. If you need help navigating the world of assisted living this would be my first call.

CarePatrol asked specific questions and listened to our individual needs. They took that information to populate a list of potential places for our respite care. They went above and beyond by meeting me at the locations do a walk-thru. During a difficult time they were there to help and take a lot of the leg work on so that I did not have to worry about trying to find a place on my own. The personalized care, expertise, and knowledge of our Care Patrol Agent. The love of what she does and how she conducted her business spoke volumes. She not only made sure we were fully educated throughout this process, but brought to our family and our loved ones much needed peace.
