Thersea and Victoria were extremely helpful. They referred me to great personal care homes. They came out on the tours with me and asked questions that I didn't know to ask. The followed up with me along the way. The gave me other referrals to help me with the process.

Angie is exceptionally knowledgeable about senior care options in a large geographic area. All of her interactions with our family have been laced with kindness, compassion, and a genuine concern for our Dad. She is a bulldog of an advocate and can really help sift through the options to help find exactly what your family needs -- considering location, care level needed, budget, and preferences of the patient/resident to be. She has helped us tap into financial resources we had no idea we're even available to Dad (as a veteran) and put us in touch with a resource that expedites that application process. Angie accompanied my sister and me to your multiple personal care homes providing much needed insight on the industry and helping us ask all the right questions to find the best option for our Dad. Angie has even gone above and beyond in providing some personal touches to help make our Dad feel a little more at home in his new home-away-from-home. Angie continues to check in with us to not only see how Dad is doing, but to see how we are managing the transition during this very stressful and emotional time. Angie has become more like a friend of the family than just a trusted advisor for senior care. My only regret is not having connected with CarePatrol, and Angie specifically, sooner. Her help has been invaluable to us in this difficult time. She has provided objectivity in a very (continuing) emotional situation which enabled our family to wade through various options to find the best possible fit for Dad. We simply could not have done this without her help.

We needed CarePatrol to help us find placement for an elder parent on a tight schedule. They were responsive, caring, and unbelievably helpful during an extremely stressful moment. Their team went above and beyond to not only find said placement, but even to help with the transition itself. Angie especially was pivotal in this feat.

Angie VerStraete went above and beyond to make this transition for my Mom as smooth as possible. All of her hard work was so appreciated. She was always pleasant and understanding even when I was about to have a meltdown. Angie was the absolute best! My mom is in a great assisted care place that Angie helped set up a tour for. Angie was excellent! Very knowledgeable, very compassionate, VERY patient. We told her what we wanted, she showed us 3 facilities that were spot on. I was dreading this process, but Angie and CP made it a pleasant one.

Angie has been very helpful in the placement of my mom in a memory care unit. She made this difficult time easier for my family and I in finding and choosing a memory care facility. Not sure how we would have managed with her help.

We had no experience with assisted living facilities and had to find a home for a parent in a few days. Angie handled everything including listening to our needs, educating us, setting up all of the appointments and accompanying us on the tours. She was available for anything we needed and gave us confidence that we were choosing the right place. What would have been an overwhelming and intimidating task was instead a very positive experience. We could not be more pleased.

Your knowledge, compassion, your getting to know the client personally just like we were part of your family. To always being in touch and reaching out in anyway we needed help. In going the extra mile. From the beginning all the way to the end. There is no way to ever say all the good we experienced from having the help we received from you.
