Stephanie was fantastic and just a huge relief in a time of immense stress and confusion. I had no idea how to start, what to expect, what to ask - it was a lot! She brought a gentle comfort and always let us lead in the search, but was able to provide answers and information. I'd recommend her (and have already started) to anyone needing help looking for a place for their loved one.

CarePatrol and Stephanie Guest, specifically, was a fantastic resource in our search for finding the proper care for our family member with Dementia, in addition to other health issues. She was caring, compassionate, concerned, patient and genuinely interested in listening to all of our concerns and answering our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend Stephanie to anyone in the difficult position of needing to find the proper care for a loved one.

Stephanie Guest was very helpful in listening to my needs for my Dad and matching it with our price range. She helped set up tours at various facilities and accompanied us during the tours. She offered great advice. She was quick to followed up on any questions we had. We couldn't have made the decisions without her help, and we are very grateful.

Stephanie went above and beyond in helping place my father into an Assisted Living Facility. Her compassionate support, guidance and care throughout the entire process was so appreciated by my mom and me. From finding the best care facilities that aligned with my dad’s needs to touring those facilities with my mom and helping her throughout the selection, Stephanie made this journey a much less stressful one. Her knowledge of the whole process was impressive and her kindness truly remarkable. We couldn’t have done this without her! CP is a wonderful company in that it gives families peace in a very difficult time of life. Thanks so much!

Stephanie was very nice and extremely helpful! I don't think I would have found a suitable place on my own. I had been swamped with emails, texts and phone calls from the major name services. All I tried to do was get info on different places. Instead of listening to my needs, I got places way over budget and the travel parameters.
Stephanie only suggested places that were a fit, didn't pressure me at all and was honest with her answers when I asked questions. Both my mother and I are extremely grateful!
