The elder care universe is complicated and easy to get lost in for the novice. Care Patrol of Baltimore provided valuable information and resources to make sure everything was in place for my elderly mother. I'm not sure where we'd be without them.

It was extremely helpful to have this resource when looking for the best assisted living accommodations we could afford for our mother. CarePatrol listen to our needs, found the places we could visit based on our needs, scheduled the visits and accompanied us on the site visits. They offered support from beginning to the end of this emotional journey with professionalism, empathy and counsel.

They are the best on the Planet. Professional, knowledgeable, caring, and they go the extra mile to make sure that all the details are covered. They are the best of the best. No words can express the gratitude that I have for these magnificent people. I will be sending them a personal thank you soon, but I have been so busy settling my sister-in-law into her assisted living facility. That would not have been possible if it was not for Care patrol!

After months of unsuccessfully attempting to find 24/7 care for my 99 yo mother at a reasonable price, I was given the contact number of Care Patrol by a Social Worker at Good Sam. What a relief! Of course, my Mom is going through a period of re-adjustment but she is much safer than she was previously, living alone in the house with neighbors checking on her daily.

Everything!! Debbie was wonderful and all of her staff were wonderful. Very personal care and concern was a real comfort and support!! When things were getting mired in the muck of bureaucracy Debbie really rallied everyone and got the communication sorted!! Great team!!

Debbie Hill has extensive knowledge of the various senior living communities in Baltimore. When we reached out to her about moving our mom from Independent Living to an Assisted Living community she listened carefully to our concerns and gave us candid opinions of what may come next in terms of increased nursing care and eventually memory care. The first community that she selected seemed to be a perfect fit for our situation. Her care and compassion for the families involved and their loved ones is exceptional. -[NAME REMOVED]
