A elderly friend was seeking assisted living and Care Patrol staff Laura initially interviewed her and referred her to Debbie Hill who gave exceptional, professional guidance , patience and help . Along with her coworker Kris set up appointments and went with us with my friend to numerous assisted living places not once but 2 times to a couple of them until she was sure . Debbie and Kris are a great team offering encouraging advice and direction. Debbie always was available for many phone calls and text messages until finally my friend made her decision. To our amazement when moving things in… it was mentioned to go back home to get more of her belongings and she said “ No , that place is not my home but here is my home now “. That says it all ! Thank you care patrol for your steadfast patience , encouragement and listening support ! It has made a major difference in my friend’s life leading her to a caring, loving , safe and active living home environment . Grateful to all of you .

Wonderful, caring team. This was my first experience placing a family member in assisted living home. The staff members communicated with me constantly, Our line of communication were honest, transparent and open that I truly appreciated it very much. I would highly recommend CarePatrol to my friends and colleagues. Thank you for making the transition efficiently and warmly for me and my step dad.

Debbie was very helpful in finding a Memory Care option for my Mom. She knows all the places, has pricing and listened carefully to our needs. It is a time fraught with emotion and Debbie was very caring. Would highly recommend!

Care Patrol was amazing. I had no idea how complicated it was to explore all our options and how difficult it was. When I first contacted Care Patrol they immediatley understood what our needs were and they were absolutely wonderful to work with. There is no way we could have done this without them. They knew exactly how to help us accomplishe the needs of our mother. Don't hesitate to contat them. They WILL help you reach your goals and make sure your wishes with respect and understanding.

Kris was very thorough. There was a facility we were interested in seeing. She told us they recently had several senior employees leave the facility and did not want to show us until things were settled. We appreciated her honesty.

We received support during the difficult time of finding an appropriate facility...it isn't just looking at choices but it's the ongoing feeling that were not treading down an unfamiliar path alone. Ability to both listen and hear whenever I had questions or doubts. Timely responsiveness and patience when my emotions were all over the place. Familiarity with the medical lingo and then deciphering so I could understand in the moment Kindness, compassion and support shone through in every interaction - Paula and Kris guided me through rough waters and never flinched

Everyone was so compassionate and quick to help. They worked so hard with a very difficult situation and placement. I do not know how I would have been able to have closure without their help. They were awesome to work with and I will certainly recommend them to anyone e I know who needs this type of assistance.
