Wow, what can I say. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, professional, personable and have a sense of urgency to fulfill the needs of the client. I am not easily impressed, however this team blew my mind. The kind of team you want to have working with you. They provided the level of service I strive for daily in business. I spoke with several of the young ladies with care patrol. They are all very compassionate and understanding of my needs. They were successful and helping me find a retirement community that suited my needs. They also did follow up however I can't say that I was very good about getting back to them. But I've had surgery and a death in the family in the month that I've been here. Congrats to your team they're wonderful. Teresa

My case worker loronda is a wealth of help and information and she is so kind I can't explain how greatful for her I am. in the hardest time of mine and my father's life she was supportive compassionate and so knowledgeable!!! She checks in and is there if I ever need her in this situation she is there to help. I am just so greatful I found care patrol I had no idea how to navigate this situation and to have her guidance was essential.

I loved everything about Care Patrol from start to finish. I wanted the best for my mom and that's exactly what she got. Laura and Loronda were my guardian angels throughout the process. Could not have done it without them. I appreciated their patience, experience and thoroughness in finding just the right place for my mom.

Everyone we talked to at CarePatrol was kind and helpful. They made the process of setting up hospice care for our Mom so easy without stress. When it came time for our Mom to be placed at an assisted living facility, Loronda was wonderful. She visited many different options with us and gave her feedback and guidance! The entire experience was less stressful and having someone to walk us through the process turned what could have been an extremely difficult situation into a positive experience!
