The tailored personal service was wonderful. Alicia spent the time to get to know my Uncle, understand his needs and found him an Adult Family Home that fit those needs. I had been trying to find a place for him for several weeks and wasn't having much luck. I tried another service before CarePatrol was recommended but they did not have first hand knowledge of many of the assisted living or AFH facilities. Within two weeks Alicia had us visiting the AFH and my Uncle moved in a couple of weeks later. I am very pleased with the experience I had with CarePatrol and appreciate Alicia's help and kindness.

Any adult child looking to relocate their aging parents should consider using the services provided by CarePatrol. We need to relocate our parents across states and CarePatrol was fantastic working with my parents, identifying facilities that best meet their needs, and being a knowledgeable source for how all this works. It can be overwhelming and intimidating. Alicia Campolito, of CarePatrol was wonderful to work with and can't say enough about how she made this process less stressful and really connected with my parents (and I) in a special way.

From the very first time I spoke with her, she showed genuine compassion for our situation and had the expertise to guide me through the process. She knew all the people I needed to know in the network we were communicating with - from the hospital to a home vs skilled nursing facilities and assisted living. She listened with care and followed-up quickly. She was always available - phone calls and text messages, especially when we had to make swift and hard decisions.
