Alicia and the CarePatrol team took a huge burden off our shoulders in helping find the best assisted living facility for my parents in an emergency situation. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, empathetic and moved fast so that we could get them into a safe environment in a record period of time. She was not only a huge advocate working round the clock for my parents, but she checked in with me personally as well to make sure I was mentally prepared and educated throughout the entire process. I can’t thank her enough for all she did and even though her work is “done”, she has still made herself available as a resource and wants to follow up and make sure my parents are enjoying their new life at Sunrise of Bellevue

They are highly responsive and knowledgeable. They really engaged with us to determine the best fit for both parents. They rapidly came up with a list of candidate locations that all were a fit in most ways, and guided us to what ultimately became the best choice. Beyond location selection, they were also helpful with pricing negotiations. Alicia is simply amazing and was available for a number of calls and texts and was always flexible with the timing of things. She is wonderful to work with and extremely knowledgeable, empathetic and kind.

Diane Lepsig worked with my sister and I when we were looking for an Adult Family Home for my dad. Diane was very knowledgeable about Adult Family Homes and made arrangements for us to tour three Adult Family Homes in the Redmond area with her. It was nice having Diane with us when we toured the AFHs. She asked a lot of questions that I would not have thought to ask. Once we selected an Adult Family Home, Diane worked with us and the Adult Family Home in making the arrangements for having my dad move there. I highly recommend working with Diane.
