Shawn was excellent! He showed me all the facilities that I was interested in. He was flexible when I had to change and adjust at the last minute. Shawn was even willing to show me a facility that did not work with him. He was very helpful in knowing what to ask and look for. He knows all of the sales folks at the facilities which is very helpful! I highly recommend using Shawn. If I ever have to go through this process again, he will be my first call!

I can't say enough great things about our experience with CarePatrol. Shawn was exceptionally responsive and did an incredible job of following up during our search as well as after we made a choice. He provided solid, knowledgeable insight into different facilities and met with us onsite to ensure we got the information we needed. He contacted us to ensure we had a good date for moving and offered to help coordinate and even oversee the whole move process. Shawn is a wealth of knowledge and a genuinely caring person. If you're considering moving a loved on into a retirement facility, you need to contact Shawn to get the real scoop and feel much better about the whole process.

Shawn Barnes is very knowledgeable about the the memory care facilities in the B'ham. area. initially, he saved me an enormous amount of time by telling me which facilities were not worth visiting because of poor activity schedules or rapid turnover rate of the staff (imp. considerations when choosing the right facility for a loved one). He gave me emotional support by accompanying me on my visits; I felt less anxious. We talked after visiting each facility and he answered any questions I had. In addition he frequently reached out to me between visits and asked if he could be of any further help.

I'm very pleased with the knowledge, compassion, understanding, patience and the support in assisting me find a Memory Loss community for my Dad. They worked hard to meet my requirements, expectations and finding the amenities fitting my Dad's needs and going forward. I toured communities in Pensacola FL, Birmingham and Huntsville AL and was very impressed that Care Patrol worked and communicated with other representatives within this Company across two states. Very much appreciated and grateful for their assistance in finding the best community for my Dad.

We worked with Shawn. He meet with us and worked with us to get the accommodations we needed.
When the time came to get into a facility he was right there for us providing a list of facilities in the area we were interested in. He set up the tours and accompanied us through the whole process. Once we selected the place we wanted he got us in there.
He stayed in contact with us making sure everything was going good. On the day of the transfer to the facility he contacted us making sure that the transfer went good and we were settled in and happy with the facility.
Shawn made this whole process easy and less stressful for us.
