This was and is the best experience we could have hoped for. Monica was a gem to work with — kind, professional, caring, up-to-date in her field, and willing to go the extra mile to meet our needs. We had many meetings with her; she was prompt and as gave us her undivided attention. Thru Monica we were able to select a living place that met our requirements for independent living, assisted living and memory care. She helped us locate transportation possibilities, find medical supplies we would need, and helped us think thru situations when we weren’t sure what might be the best thing to do. Monica never was a bothered when I needed her to explain something more than once.
If all people could be as kind as Monica was to us this world wouldn’t be in such a state of turmoil as we are.

I wholeheartedly recommend Monica Miller and her services at CarePatrol of Boise! Her expertise, kindness, and companionship have made an incredible difference for my family. I had no idea where to start when my parents needed to quickly transition from a long time home to a smaller, safer living situation. Thank goodness I found CarePatrol in an online search! Another service I tried immediately started spamming me with calls and emails, but Monica responded herself with no pressure and no fees. (I was unsure about that at first, but it’s really true.)
Even though my brother and I live out of state, Monica guided all of us through the process with a combination of phone, video, and in person visits. At every turn, she gave us wonderful recommendations specifically chosen with my parents’ unique needs in mind. She found services we didn’t know were available, and she helped narrow our searching to just the right people and places. There’s no way we could have known what’s worthy and available in the Treasure Valley the way she does.
With Monica’s help, we’ve avoided so much stress and potential mistakes, and my Mom and Dad are excited about their future, for real! What more could we ask for?
