The list of assisted living options in the area (we are out of town) got us launched. Contact names and phones were also essential, including for screeners. Help with power of attorney was key. We anticipate some further advice re property liquidation. Assistance was prompt and on target during a period when we were stretched thin by an overwhelming number of medical and logistical challenges.

I found CarePatrol on a fluke. I was skeptical but decided to reach out through a email. I received a response within a few hours, on a Sunday night! They have been beyond amazing, so incredibly helpful, and have made every step of this process so much easier!! I would highly recommend them!

At a time when we were very overwhelmed and unsure of our options and what to do, CarePatrol came through. Sarah and Don were there to help my brother and I every step of the way to find a beautiful, new, safe place for our Dad to live. Sarah helped narrow down our options and toured the facilities right with us. Don helped us to get necessary legal documents in order. We cannot fully express our gratitude to bith Julie and Sarah at CarePatrol for all their help in finding the right assisted living facility for our Dad. They helped us navigate everything- from setting up tours and interviews at facilities , streamlining the paperwork, and being a liaison between us and the facility we had chosen. Their genuine compassion and concern for our having to make the difficult decision of placing our Dad (something we promised we would never do), gave us the strength we needed to move ahead.
