Anna McMaster did a wonderful job of helping me find the right memory care facility for my wife. Her knowledge of the memory care facilities available in South Austin is extensive, which helped me narrow my search to the memory care facilities with the capabilities I needed. Anna's guidance gave me the confidence I needed to make the choice. My wife moved in three days ago. She is doing incredibly well and adapting better than I ever thought possible. I visited her for the first time today. She is happy.

Cassi was amazing at helping me navigate places to have my elderly father get into some type of assisted living/elder aging care providers.
She was extremely sincere and supportive on our five/six month journey . At times I got emotional and she was always there to talk to me. She would call just to check in and see how I’m doing as my father’s live in caretaker with major overwhelming anxiety and burnout.
First She referred me to a couple of Hospice Companies. One of which I chose and love. Suncrest Hospice
Second she gave us names of private in home care providers. One of which we loved and hired for the time my father was at home. Heavenly Care.
Cassi met me at different facilities to tour with me. She also met me at a respite care facility to assist in the going back home care process and helped navigate.

From the initial phone conversation, through the touring process and after my loved one was moved into the memory care facility, Anna was always available and able to answer my questions and provide insight based on her extensive knowledge and experience. After facilitating the final tour process, she was very respectful of the time needed to make the decision of when and where the best fit would be for our family and continued to be available as a resource. I have recommended Care Patrol and Anna to several people since then and have received very positive feedback from them as well. Anna was a pleasure to work with, and I will always be grateful for the ways that she impacted my life and the well-being of my loved one in many positive ways.

I was so glad to learn about CarePatrol. Moving a family member into memory care felt overwhelming. CarePatrol made the first step easy. They quickly identified two places that could take in my family member fairly soon. Of course there are more steps to do that move that are a bit daunting -- moving all the stuff.

Care Patrol was very prompt in responding initially, and the consultant (Shelley) was very responsive throughout the entire process of finding my mom a place to live. She was kind, supportive, available and flexible. My mom changed her mind several times and Shelley worked hard to accommodate her wishes every time. Shelley was very patient, empathetic and my sister and I felt like she was right by our side every step of the way, through what was a very difficult situation. I would recommend Care Patrol, and specifically Shelley MacAllister, to anyone needing guidance in the search to find a home for an elderly parent. We felt that she advocated for us and was able to provide the information that we needed. Top Notch service, respect, care and professionalism!

Care Patrol offered me no-pressure guidance while figuring out this difficult transition for my mother. Anna, is great, very knowledgeable and has deep experience in the Austin area.
She has helped guide us for the last year and her advice is always spot on.
I would recommend CarePatrol to anyone who is trying for care for a person with dementia, she really understands the local market for care and what the best approach would be for the needs of the family.
She also helps avoid bad environments and can give you a lot of advice on what not to do.

I was very happy with the level of care taken in assuring the caregiving facilities I was shown were the best fit for my husband. I was totally lost and had no idea where to look or even what to look for. Shelley was an absolute godsend in guiding me through this search!
