CarePatrol was recommended by my mom’s geriatrician. Chris was willing to meet at my house that same day. He provided a wealth of information regarding assisted living & memory care facilities in our area & proceeded to schedule tours for us. He provided all of this assistance free of charge.

What my family and I most appreciated was the patience, understanding, and support that CarePatrol of Central Arkansas provided us. With weekly check-in's from their side, we were able to keep aligned relative to the progress and ultimate placement for our family member. I am a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) from Arizona who now lives in Arkansas. We moved my Mother-in-Law from Florida to Arkansas in February of 2023. Since I'm from Arizona, I don't have any resources in Arkansas. It was truly a blessing to meet Chris and Kim Powell through our CSA connections! We needed an affordable assisted living arrangement for mom. I had spent days making calls, getting quotes, calling the wrong places, etc. After a brief discovery call with Chris and Kim, they knew exactly what we needed and had a place in mind. Once mom was finished with PT we moved her to the location they suggested. If you need help finding resources or placement for a senior loved one in Arkansas, Call Chris and Kim Powell! Save yourself time, energy and a lot of headaches!

These folks do more listening than talking! They truly are “On Patrol” when it comes to caring for others! Chris stayed in contact with us through some tough times in our family, and walked us through our options with professionalism and encouragement. They know the healthcare systems for the elderly inside and out and will walk you through whatever your specific needs may be. This husband and wife team love the Lord first, which is why they love their neighbor as their self next!
