End to end help, excellent referrals for needed services such as relocating a parent, familiar with staff at every facility we visited and the key differentiators of each, proactive in every step of the practice, easy to talk to and access, reaches out let you know she is there to help at each step of the process. Quick, efficient and manages the process as opposed to handing out a list of to-dos.

CarePatrol was invaluable in providing sensitive and definitive direction in how we approached finding the right care for our mother. Bonnie was attentive, clear, and very responsive. These situations are always difficult and emotional. Bonnie provided the direction and insights we needed to focus on the key needs, while remaining patient and sensitive to the emotional factors throughout the process.

Bonnie Elliott is patient, compassionate, dedicated and determined to help. Would that we sought her out initially instead of finding what we found out was the wrong place. She could have spared us so much grief. Now I’m telling anyone who will listen about Care Patrol and Bonnie. She spent hours with us on tours after weeding out and finding 3 facilities for our parents in their mid 90’s. Parkinson’s, dementia-it wasn’t easy. Always available for questions and support. We couldn’t think more highly of her than we do!

I loved working with Jessica Penkert as she helped me and my sister with our mother. Carroll County Hospital was actively trying to discharge her without doing everything they could to find out the reason for her symptoms, blaming it on dementia. Jessica assisted us with how to navigate the hospital so that she could receive the care at an Assisted Living, which Jessica also helped us with, in a time of urgency and chaos that was most difficult.
If I have any issue, it is not with Jessica, but the listing of the place in Care Patrol because it lists things that are not accurate, now that my mother is actually staying there. I would update the listing of the assisted living home, if I were them to make it more accurate since those 2 items were one of the reasons we picked the place we did.

Jessica was very knowledgeable about the process which indicates her experience. She knew the facilities well and people that run them. Due to my Aunt being out of state, other Care Patrol staff were extremely helpful and supportive as well. They all worked together for the best outcome.
I honestly don’t know how I could have managed our situation without the help and support of Jessica and Care Patrol. Her services were invaluable.

With the guidance of our CarePatrol representative, Billie Baker-Norris we were able to find a good place for my mom. Billie is our angel. She made things so much easier, helped get over the fear and guided us every step of the way. Everything was less overwhelming with Billie’s help. Thank you CarePatrol but more so, Billie!

When the system has you in what feels like a washing machine and you have to make decisions on a very short time line, CarePatrol was there to help me find a community for my mom, understood I was under water trying to manage my mother’s recent diagnosis, and was extremely helpful. I have to say Billy Norris was a God send for me. She listened and continues to be over the top supportive. I am exceptionally grateful for her help and understanding. She is amazing!
