I loved working with Jessica Penkert as she helped me and my sister with our mother. Carroll County Hospital was actively trying to discharge her without doing everything they could to find out the reason for her symptoms, blaming it on dementia. Jessica assisted us with how to navigate the hospital so that she could receive the care at an Assisted Living, which Jessica also helped us with, in a time of urgency and chaos that was most difficult. If I have any issue, it is not with Jessica, but the listing of the place in Care Patrol because it lists things that are not accurate, now that my mother is actually staying there. I would update the listing of the assisted living home, if I were them to make it more accurate since those 2 items were one of the reasons we picked the place we did.

This is the second time we have used Care Patrol and I would not have been able to facilitate my mother in to assisted living so quickly without them. Jessica made the process as painless as possible.

Jessica was very knowledgeable about the process which indicates her experience. She knew the facilities well and people that run them. Due to my Aunt being out of state, other Care Patrol staff were extremely helpful and supportive as well. They all worked together for the best outcome. I honestly don’t know how I could have managed our situation without the help and support of Jessica and Care Patrol. Her services were invaluable.

When the system has you in what feels like a washing machine and you have to make decisions on a very short time line, CarePatrol was there to help me find a community for my mom, understood I was under water trying to manage my mother’s recent diagnosis, and was extremely helpful. I have to say Billy Norris was a God send for me. She listened and continues to be over the top supportive. I am exceptionally grateful for her help and understanding. She is amazing!

Absolutely everything! I really don’t know what I would have done without Billie and Bonnie. They have been so fantastic and helpful and supportive. I have already told everyone about Care Patrol because it has been such an invaluable resource. It’s hard to believe that such a place exists to help you through the very difficult time of having to figure out how to find a suitable place for parents who can no longer live alone. Bonnie and Billie are proactive in helping you get what is needed from care facilities, hospitals, etc. and doing the legwork of finding places that suit the needs of your loved one(s). I would have been completely lost trying to navigate this world of hospitals and assisted living places on my own. Truly, I cannot praise them enough, nor can I ever thank them enough.
