When the system has you in what feels like a washing machine and you have to make decisions on a very short time line, CarePatrol was there to help me find a community for my mom, understood I was under water trying to manage my mother’s recent diagnosis, and was extremely helpful. I have to say Billy Norris was a God send for me. She listened and continues to be over the top supportive. I am exceptionally grateful for her help and understanding. She is amazing!

Absolutely everything! I really don’t know what I would have done without Billie and Bonnie. They have been so fantastic and helpful and supportive. I have already told everyone about Care Patrol because it has been such an invaluable resource. It’s hard to believe that such a place exists to help you through the very difficult time of having to figure out how to find a suitable place for parents who can no longer live alone. Bonnie and Billie are proactive in helping you get what is needed from care facilities, hospitals, etc. and doing the legwork of finding places that suit the needs of your loved one(s). I would have been completely lost trying to navigate this world of hospitals and assisted living places on my own. Truly, I cannot praise them enough, nor can I ever thank them enough.

My mom was evacuated from her Assisted Living apartment in South Pasadena, Florida. Then before she could go back to her apartment, more evacuations happened, then even more evacuations. It was chaos. I didn't like the way these residents were being shuffled around so I rallied with my sister and we got our mom to Maryland. I have an extremely busy, overfull, life and I was really at a loss trying to figure out this new situation as her apartment building is currently condemned and will be MONTHS before we can even get to her belongings. Then, on a beautiful Sunday afternoon, completely by accident, I met Billie at a pumpkin patch. She saw that I was having a difficult time getting my mother to where we needed to be and came to the rescue. While she was helping us, we started talking, exchanged phone numbers, and she literally saved the day. Billie immediately called, asked all the questions, sent me a list of places to look at and stayed by my side the whole time. We found my mom an apartment and had her moved in within about two weeks. Billie even stops by and visits my mom when she can. I cannot express how grateful I am for CarePatrol and my chance meeting with Billie.

Moving my mother-in-law from her own home in a different state to be closer to us was difficult enough because of her dementia. Her confusion and anxiety made it hard for her to understand what was going on. Jessica at Carepatrol helped us choose a place where we thought she would be the happiest and safest. Jessica even helped with mom on move-in day which was very stressful for everyone. She continues to check in on us every now and again to make sure everything is going okay And to answer any questions or concerns, we may have. We were so grateful to have her assistance.
