First, I called and my call was answered. Lee was fantastic. I was in a very emergent situation with finding a place for my Dad in a matter of hours and Lee was able to do that for us! I had no idea where to start or how to even go about what was needed, so this immediate assistance and care was absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend Lee and CarePatrol

Michelle with CarePatrol is a true gem. She really understands this industry and freely shares knowledge, insights and strategies to help people as they navigate a very complex landscape of healthcare. We worked with Michelle a rapidly-evolving situation with a friend. With Michelle's expertise and connections, we were able to place my friend in a perfect house location close to his home and doctor. When dealing with many voices and concerns from family and friends, you need the right person to help that's fair and can "see" through concerns and offer a path forward when many are emotionally charged.
