She responded quickly to my emails and texts and was very supportive during the transition. Deb is an angel. She was instrumental in helping us place our Mother in Harborchase Rock Hill. She is like the best "big sister" and keeps her objectivity. She listens and understands how sensitive a time like this can be. My sister and I appreciate Deb's availability, assistance and most important, her understanding. We have had a wonderful experience with Lori at CarePatrol! She has been a pleasure to work with - very knowledgeable and calming for all of us. Lori invested many hours in helping our family find both an immediate and a long term solution for the care for my parents. She has access to invaluable information, many connections in many areas, and years of experience in helping people navigate what can feel like a series of overwhelming decisions. Lori invested a lot of time in my parents in order to get to know them and understand their needs and wishes. Not only did she go on all of the tours with us, but she took time both before and after the tours to share her knowledge and answer all of our questions. It truly helped me, but more importantly, it helped my parents in making such a big decision for themselves. Lori has been absolutely priceless to us!

I was looking for a place for my husband who has Parkinson's disease. Our daughter who lives in NYC was having her first baby and I wanted to be with her. Amy at Care Patrol came to the rescue and helped me to find a respite care/short term stay at an Assisted Living facility for my husband. After giving me a list of possible facilities, she checked in with me often to see how I was doing in determining the best fit for my husband. She was an excellent resource and was so patient and caring in answering the many questions I had. I highly recommend Care Patrol for anyone looking who is looking for an assisted living or memory care facility for their loved one.
