Our representative Erika Steele Jacobs was amazing and so kind and helpful. I don't know that we would have figured out all of this without her. She listened and offered all the help out there. I would recommend her to EVERYONE. 10 out of 10 for sure. This group is a gift to those having to make a change and a hard decision on making sure your loved ones get the best care out there.

CarePatrol was a Godsend! There were no long term care beds for my aunt in the Charlotte area. It was crucial that she be near her sisters and the church. They worked diligently with us to find the perfect place. This is the happiest she has been since she left home. They were kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, timely, and professional. I can't thank them enough!

Deb is an angel. She was instrumental in helping us place our Mother in Harborchase Rock Hill. She is like the best "big sister" and keeps her objectivity. She listens and understands how sensitive a time like this can be. My sister and I appreciate Deb's availability, assistance and most important, her understanding.
