Deb is an angel. She was instrumental in helping us place our Mother in Harborchase Rock Hill. She is like the best "big sister" and keeps her objectivity. She listens and understands how sensitive a time like this can be. My sister and I appreciate Deb's availability, assistance and most important, her understanding. She's an asset to anyone who knows her or has the opportunity to work with her.

We have had a wonderful experience with Lori at CarePatrol! She has been a pleasure to work with - very knowledgeable and calming for all of us. Lori invested many hours in helping our family find both an immediate and a long term solution for the care for my parents. She has access to invaluable information, many connections in many areas, and years of experience in helping people navigate what can feel like a series of overwhelming decisions. Lori invested a lot of time in my parents in order to get to know them and understand their needs and wishes. Not only did she go on all of the tours with us, but she took time both before and after the tours to share her knowledge and answer all of our questions. It truly helped me, but more importantly, it helped my parents in making such a big decision for themselves. Lori has been absolutely priceless to us!
