The minute Deb Scholl called me, she was a huge help! She did all the hard work while I made the decisions. She promptly made appointments so I was able to view different options for my mom and sister. She not only found us a beautiful place, she also advocated in so many ways.

Mrs. Scholl's is amazing. She is very knowledgable about the industry, listens and understand the needs of others. She also knows all of the communities very well and is able to match folks up to there needs. She goes above and beyond on a daily basis to help folks. Deb was knowledgeable, personable, kind, and empathetic. She was able to help me confidently sort through my options. She set up the tours for me and acted as a liaison between me and the facility until my mom got moved in. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. Deb made an extremely stressful and emotional situation so much easier. I am forever grateful.

Deb and the team at CarePatrol were knowledgeable, caring, and solutions-focused. They surfaced options that we didn’t even know existed and have been proactive in their follow-up to ensure we were happy.
I was referred to them by my mom’s hospice team when she received an involuntary discharge notice with 30 days to relocate. Based on an initial phone discussion, CarePatrol canvassed all the available options that met our care level, price range, and geographic proximity criteria, presenting us with two great options. We visited two days later—and Mom moved into a wonderful LTC-licensed residential home the next week. We wish we had known about this option (and CarePatrol) six months ago—far superior to where we were.

Our representative Erika Steele Jacobs was amazing and so kind and helpful. I don't know that we would have figured out all of this without her. She listened and offered all the help out there. I would recommend her to EVERYONE. 10 out of 10 for sure.
This group is a gift to those having to make a change and a hard decision on making sure your loved ones get the best care out there.

CarePatrol was a Godsend! There were no long term care beds for my aunt in the Charlotte area. It was crucial that she be near her sisters and the church. They worked diligently with us to find the perfect place. This is the happiest she has been since she left home. They were kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, timely, and professional. I can't thank them enough!

Deb Scholl is amazing! She was very professional at connecting us with the services that were most beneficial to us, while also being very patient and compassionate when interacting with my 76 year old mother. Anything we needed help with, CarePatrol had the contacts and resources to solve our issues.

Alisha Richie was incredibly helpful with finding a home for my clients. She is so knowledgeable and has great contacts in the community. She responded quickly to my emails and texts and was very supportive during the transition.
