Lorie at Care Patrol was responsive, compassionate and could quickly assess the needs of my father and make suitable recommendations. She helped arrange tours, and was with me every step of the process to answer questions, and to see us through to move in!

We have had a wonderful experience with Lori at CarePatrol! She has been a pleasure to work with - very knowledgeable and calming for all of us. Lori invested many hours in helping our family find both an immediate and a long term solution for the care for my parents. She has access to invaluable information, many connections in many areas, and years of experience in helping people navigate what can feel like a series of overwhelming decisions. Lori invested a lot of time in my parents in order to get to know them and understand their needs and wishes. Not only did she go on all of the tours with us, but she took time both before and after the tours to share her knowledge and answer all of our questions. It truly helped me, but more importantly, it helped my parents in making such a big decision for themselves. Lori has been absolutely priceless to us!

I was looking for a place for my husband who has Parkinson's disease. Our daughter who lives in NYC was having her first baby and I wanted to be with her. Amy at Care Patrol came to the rescue and helped me to find a respite care/short term stay at an Assisted Living facility for my husband. After giving me a list of possible facilities, she checked in with me often to see how I was doing in determining the best fit for my husband. She was an excellent resource and was so patient and caring in answering the many questions I had. I highly recommend Care Patrol for anyone looking who is looking for an assisted living or memory care facility for their loved one.

Deb was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and gave us multiple options at the beginning and kept following up with us for over a year. Along the way, she was a great resource for other phases of our journey to find my parents a home, such as legal, transportation and others. At the end of the day, we went with one of the communities she strongly recommended at the beginning of our journey, so it also ended up being a successful partnership with her. I would recommend her and her group for anyone looking for elderly care placement and/or consultation. Thanks Deb.

Pretty much everything - Lori was acutely aware of the senior care landscape in the area, with pricing, quality of the facilities, reputation and reviews. I have used CarePatrol twice, and have been in occasional contact with Lori to get an idea of what facilities I could consider just in case of unfortunate circumstance, which is just what happened two weeks ago. CarePatrol is the resource to utilize when senior care is mandated!

Deb Scholl was absolutely the best of the best!! She took control of everything for me and made a very stressful time so much easier. Phone calls, appointments, tours finding a new home for my husband within my budget! I really can’t express how fortunate to have made her connection. She was/is an angel❤️❤️

My father was discharged from a rehab center and going into an Assisted Living Memory Care facility. I had no idea where to start! I contacted CarePatrol and spoke to a very kind woman (I unfortunately forgot her name) who gathered my fathers information. I shortly afterwards received a call from Alisha Richie and she sent me information almost immediately. Due to my work schedule, I had limited contact with Alisha for the next few days, but she still checked in on me frequently. There was some confusion, on my part, with a different company, but there was no doubt or question that Alisha was meant for me to work with. Alisha listened to my needs for my father and hand picked the facilities that she thought would meet his needs. She was kind, compassionate and dedicated to me the entire step of this difficult journey. We were up against a time clock before my father would become self pay at the rehab center and Alisha did everything in her power to prevent us from having to do that. My mother was ill during these interviews and tours, and once I had the communities narrowed down, Alisha went above and beyond and set up virtual tours for my mom to see the communities. We hit an unexpected road block near the end of this journey and Alisha continued to be an advocate for me and immediately fixed the issue, and again expedited things to prevent us from going to self pay. Due to Alisha's dedication to me, we could have made it work, but we decided to wait to get through the weekend so we could make my dads room at the community feel like home. This entire process Alisha was by my side helping me in every possible way, including emotionally. I honestly don't think I have ever worked with a more kind hearted, dedicated person in my life! Alisha is the best person to work with during such an emotional, difficult time in somebody's life! She even still checks in on me now :) Thank you Alisha. I will certainly spread the word regarding my positive experience with CarePatrol and how great it was to work with Alisha!

Alisha Ritchie has been wonderful and caring throughout this experience of placing mom. We started emailing over a year and a half ago. She checked in with me about every month or two by email. When we decided to start looking seriously, she was able to set up several appointments with communities that we were interested in quickly. She helped a great deal with questions during the initial consultations, things we would not have thought about. I highly recommend using CarePatrol and Alisha.

I loved everything about my experience with CarePatrol! Alisha was amazing! Since I’ve never dealt with this before, I had no idea where to start or how the process worked.
