Eric was very responsive, available, knowledgeable and supportive. He was direct with his information. The experience, from the start, was a huge benefit to my family. It took a lot of stress out of the picture, and also contributed an efficiency that was invaluable in the midst of handling many other things at once. I just moved my family member into a residential placement yesterday, so it's early in that process, and I'm optimistic based on what I've seen thus far. But the Care Patrol contributions that led to this point were terrific.

Eric asked all the right questions about my spouse, then he gave me recommendations for places which he felt had what my husband needed and places which would not be a good fit for my spouse. I visited those facilities, and requested to see others I heard about. He made sure I asked the right questions on our visits. He took my calls and answered my texts almost immediately. We discussed what I liked and disliked about each place when the tours ended. He pointed out things at each, good and bad, that I overlooked. He met with me and my children to have the final discussion and confirmation of my choice. Eric was present at my contract signing to make sure I was satisfied with it. Left it open for me to contact him at any time even though contract was signed. I felt Eric to be a true advocate for me and my husband at such a stressful time.

Eric was able to guide us through a very stressful period by taking the time to understand my parents needs and wants while also taking our thoughts into consideration. After gathering the information he put together a list of facilities to visit and attended the visits with us to ask questions and point out pluses and minuses of each facility. Once a decision was made he continued contact with us to ensure as smooth a transition as possible. I highly recommend Eric if and when you are researching senior facilities for yourself or parents.
