If it weren’t for Ruthie and her help, I don’t know what I would have done. Silver Cross hospital was awful !! My father went off the rails so to speak with an acute mental break from his dementia/Alzheimers and the hospital wanted to kick him out and threatened me with abandonment if I didn’t get him, after they said they were holding him for a psych evaluation for 3-5 days because he tested positive for Covid ! It was on the morning of day 3! She jumped in and got him a placement at a facility that would be better suited for his needs. I did have a placement at another facility, however from what had occurred she found a place that could handle his needs. My mother was recuperating from a broken hip and then I needed her help with another in home care company, who she recommended and they got on it right away. Navigating this situation on my own was not possible and if not for her and her help, I don’t know what I would have done. She was a life saver! She also contacted me to see how I was doing after getting him placed. Getting my dad in a facility was one of the most difficult decisions I had to make, but for the safety of himself and my mom, it was the best decision. I would highly recommend their services, it’s a confusing and difficult time and they made it so much better!

Ruthie is awesome! We were able to get my mom in an assisted living even while we were dealing with the holidays. She setup places for us to tour and offered her advice which was much appreciated. Now my mom is settling into her new home. And we couldn't have done it without Ruthie's help. I wouldn't hesitate to use her services again. Thank you Ruthie!

What a great resource!! CarePatrol is a needed service for everyone. Ruthie is a rock star and her background and experience says it all. She is 100%++++ for her clients and has their best interest in mind when searching for support. I highly recommend CarePatrol. This type of service should be shouted out everywhere. In my time of need the process was super easy. Based on care we knew he needed they were able to help navigate the area we were looking. CarePatrol provide us with options and was able to set up meetings with the locations all in the same day, which really helped since we don’t live as close. With all there experience Dawn had brought up things I would have never even thought of to ask when looking for right place.

I cannot express enough gratitude for Ruthie's incredible support in helping me find a new facility for my aunt. Despite countless calls to other places with no response and receiving no assistance from her current facility, I was fortunate to be referred to CarePatrol through Will County Senior Services. Ruthie stepped in right away, quickly finding options, setting up appointments, and doing everything possible to assist me. She has truly been a godsend!

My experience with Care Patrol could not have been better. Dawn Jones took the time get to know my extraordinary circumstances and never left me to navigate the process alone. I felt like she listened to me when other people in my circle were indecisive. Dawn was a the voice of reason when things began to unravel and she never failed to do so with humility and humor. Ruthie and Tatia seemed to know what I, and my husband, needed for his care, without having to ask. I was so cared for during the process of finding his new residence. I wish more people were like these ladies. I truly believe they have played a part is his improved health. I can't thank them enough.
